( WORDS ) 1034 ( TAGGED ) Everyone ( MUSE ) None Selene relaxed in a manner that was less than lady like yet still held a straight spine of someone who was whipped by the military life. She had noticed that the girl that stunk of her old life walk into the room like some ghost. Well well well... She had not seen her originally but go figure. It seems like some ghosts took more time to die than others. Somehow out of everyone her cousin survived. Not her mother but this girl... Funny she had just been thinking about her in the library. Although when she glared at her due to her undying hatred for this girl the semi confused look on her face baffled Selene. Did it mean she did not recognize her? Well she had no pity she continued to glare until she felt it was not worth it anymore. It seemed another cadet was coming in anyways. So she gave a passing glance to him before she heard Tyr begin speaking. Giving her a polite ear she continued to stare straight ahead at nothing in particular.
She said good morning to them all in her own manner before saying that Haedyn and she were both going to assign them teams. Then pair them off for some lessons on wielding their drak's like a weapon. Well that made sense. So Selene continued to listen. Selene was a bit on a animalistic side but she respected those who were intelligent and those were had command. Granted if they were stupid with command then she was not exactly afraid of attempting to take it away. That of course was the way of the wolf. However she believe both commanders to have a head on their shoulders so that was not an issue. After all of that there would apparently be a briefing for a mission. Well at least things would not be boring around here. She explained that they would be welcoming more Cadets into the fold which did not surprise her. There were a lot of unhatched eggs when she left but it did not make the idea of more people any more appealing...
She continued to say what she was thinking about the eggs. She did not like the idea of how many more Cadets would be pushed into their group... Selene just gave a tiny sigh at this idea. Oh well... No better time like now to work on her people skills... She listened as she heard something that made her want to break something which was the name of her cousin. Well that closed the deal on that. The woman in front of her was indeed her cousin... She however kept her cool as Undine looked at her afraid she would snap again. Selene refused to let her emotions get the better of her in the middle of a meeting however. She heard her name thankfully with Azqua and not her cousin. She could not say anything if she ended up accidentally killing her cousin. She took a moment to notice that Tyr seemed happy about something but did not really know what because she was in her own mind at the moment.
She then went on to explain what the teams were and she took note what her team was for. Well that was ironic she was going to have to save the play boy, his groupie, and her stupid cousin's ass... Lovely. Hopefully they did not need rescuing much and could hold their own because she was not exactly anyone's romeo. She would help if it was an order but damn this was annoying... She kind of zoned out for part of Tyr's lesson but she was more of the explode shit than talk and listen type. Do and learn rather than listen and learn. But she was not going to say that. She did however catch that these positions were not permanent and that they would be best placed after a final rank testing. Then there was an asking for questions. She stayed silent. She did not have any questions. It was pretty straight forward for her.
It was interesting for her to tilt her head and look at Snapyre act like some little puppy going over to Tyr who greeted the drak. It was almost creepy how the blade did a 180 in personality. So Selene looked away not wanting to see the feral drak go gaga. Undine seemed curious to what was going on but stayed silent unlike she normally did. At least she was not making a fool of herself. Suddenly Azi snapped her eyes over to Tyr and Selene did the same. Her eyes narrowing. She heard static in her ears and it made her twitch them. What the hell was that? However it was quickly forgotten as Azi took a feral bite of the hot meat. Selene relaxed back from her guarded position and let another sigh escape. Something told her this was going to be a rollercoaster...
The new Cadet who seemed to just arrive did not seem to give them much thought which was nice. At least it was not some bubble headed moron who was all good morning world with rose colored glasses. Not that it was easy to be like that if you were a human although from Haedyn she kind of picked up on the fact Lantian's were not all rosy either. Which in a way was nice to hear. She could not stand the idiotic type. So of course it showed that they were wise when they did not separate her from Azi because all types of shit would go down... As things more or less silenced themselves she waited for anyone else to show if they had questions. As far as this point went no. Azi did not show she had any and she did not have any. She instead felt her eyes draw to the fire... The element that was dangerous yet could be put out with a twist of her wrist. It danced like a wanton woman in front of her eyes. She decided to ignore everyone and let the flames take her far away until she was dragged into reality again...

Dormz ?!
Words: 432 :: WITH: CERES // LEANDROSAelous watched as Tyr and Haedyn played their sibling rivalry crap rolling his one good eye and landing on Cere’s as she slide down beside him, “Well Good Skies to You” He piped up and scooted closer to her. Happy that not only was she a Lantian, but one with which he had not yet been scorned by. His cocky half grin spread his lips and his head tilted to the side casting the silvery hair over his patched eye. But their conversation would have to wait as apparently Tyr decided it was time to begin. Aelous had to admit something gave him a slight chill and he turned to notice Tyr glaring at him as she spoke about their lessons for the day. Aelous had a bad feeling about things, today would be the worst he knew it already. Eerus turned to stare at his companion and tilted his head with an almost growling question in his throat. Aelous batted his companion’s questioning face away and continued to listen to Sceltyr with apt attention, then she announced his name with Ceres, and Noxaura. Oh thank all the gods and kingdoms between them I’m not paired with the Sadistic Sisters. His eye popped open as if he feared he’d said that aloud or that they had heard his thoughts his sideways glance was cast in a weary way towards the Twins. He quickly averted his gaze once more giving a half smirk to Ceres while Tyr went on about history, old news to him, royal families knew ALL about the old Draks that this the other blah blah blah. He was having a hard time listening to her as she continued to ramble away, and Cere’s bright green eyes almost called to Aelous’ one red he couldn’t help but gaze at her with a sappy look about him. She was pretty. Tyr asked if they had questions and Eerus realized his companion was not in fact listening as he should be. The male drak growled and snapped his teeth shut around his companions leg. Aelous winced and sucked the wind through his teeth producing a “EEESSH!” But then looking at Tyr and Haedyn quickly silenced his pain as Eerus finally released him. “No Ma’am no questions, “ He whimpered rubbing his sore leg. Why did he have to start every training exersice with a new wound from his own Drak before they even started. He sighed and glanced down at Eerus as the blade simply thwapped the end of his tail on the floor looking at Aelous like he had done nothing. coded by LILITH of ADOXOGRAPHY

| Just give me a chance and I'll prove it to you There's so much I can do Don't judge this book by its cover I just look different than you
Ceres was glad she had been able to take a seat next to the person she felt most comfortable with. Granted she would probably have to expand herself at some point but at the moment with everything else flying at her she decided it was alright to be a little selfish and simply stick to the one person she was already friends with and did not have to try and win over. She completely missed the sibling rivalry that Tyr and Haedyn played. In fact if she did not know how Lantians could be she might have thought they were something more. She supposed perhaps some of the humans thought that but it was just that Lantians were rather open. At getting a good morning she smiled, "And good skies to you as well." She said with a happy smile. She did not notice him scoot closer to her or the cocky half grin.
She did however notice that Tyr began to speak so any more conversation would have to wait. She noticed her look in their general direction but did not pick up on the fact she was glaring at Aelous. She peeked at Eerus as he gave Aelous a growing question. She was curious to what just happened but supposed it was none of her business so kept quiet. She did have to hold back a giggle when he batted Eerus' questioning face away. She then listened as Tyr continued to explain what was happening. Apparently she was on the same team as Aelous and the gloomier girl. Little did she know she had the same thought as Aelous in that she did not have be stuck with one of the Sadistic Sisters which would definitely cause her to step out of her comfort zone. Something told her no one wanted to be with them and they did not want to be separated anyways so everyone won really...
She took a tiny peek at them but then looked down. She however felt eyes on her. She almost freaked out assuming it was one of the girls but noticed it was Aelous and calmed down. She gave a friendly smile. She too did not need information about the history of the old Draks. She had that beaten into her head so if Draks ever came up in conversation she could impress... Ha look where that conversational piece got her. She could maybe bore her enemies to death? She however politely listened as she also noticed there was a new Cadet who slipped in mostly unnoticed due to his rather calm entrance. She was curious due to a strange kinship she could not explain but did not give it much thought as he disappeared. She continued to give Aelous her full attention.
She had no idea that he was considering her pretty or that he could not help but gaze at her. To her she was just a rather simple girl. Like a country bumpkin really. If anyone was pretty it was Tyr. So she in her innocence took his stares as politeness to keep eye contact and his smiles as friendliness. Totally immune to the play boy due to her naive nature. When Tyr asked if they had any questions she tried to think if she had any and stayed silent due to not having any. However it seemed that Aelous was totally zoning out their commander as Eerus snapped his teeth shut around Aelous' leg. He gave a hiss of pain before looking at the commanders quickly before going silent quickly. She winced but had no clue he was not paying attention. She peeked at Eerus who acted like he did nothing.
She gave a small giggle behind her hand at how cheeky the blade was. Different than most blades she knew. Still a biter but had a bit of a personality to boot. After making sure Tyr and Haedyn were both not paying any attention she gave a tiny wave of her hand to get Aelous' attention. She then put a finger to her lips before leaning forward and placing a hand on his leg. Eerus had gotten the point across. No reason that Aelous should start off with a handicap. Closing her eyes she hoped the commanders would continue to look away and that the Cadets would not rat her out as she began to use some Aether to heal the bite Eerus gave as Christopher peeked over her shoulder. Silent as usual and not exactly keeping to himself but not getting in trouble either.

Haedyn Drk'Mire
notes: Coming in from the hatchery if VAL wants to follow me in!
|
Haedyn had to bite back a laugh as Tyr suddenly glared at her. That look put chills down the flame user’s spine and he took a hesitant half step back from her. He knew his place and would not move again until Tyr motioned to him and announced his team. In turn he gave each of them a once over.
Selene and Azi, he already knew that Selene was a good shot and ex military to boot, but how would she fair today. She seemed to shy away from her Aether abilities for the most part unless she was handling weaponry. But still she would not be a problem he believe she would excel at this as well. However, when he looked at her tiny Shadow he had to admit she would be a problem. She and her Drak were both feral and to work their bond to make it stronger could prove fatal for one of the other cadets. He had to think for a moment on Leandros as he stood nibbling in the kitchen.
A brow quirked as he looked the young man over. He’d been around Atlantis since the Sagittarius nest. Yet he’d only just bonded, a curiousity to Haedyn he was glad the boy was on his current team. He wanted to work him over and see what the boy was made of before he passed any final judgement on him. However, he was sure his Drak was a Shield, which would be a good Keystone to his battle plans for their first mission. Oh how he hoped Tyr was thinking along the same lines as he was when she quoted their first true mission. Please let it be capture the flag!
Haedyn’s body tensed a fraction however when the Twins suddenly reacted to the Word of Power Tyr spoke. Not that he felt they were any true threat to Tyr but the suddenly stance change was proof that he was truly Tyr’s Ruka. He’d been programmed for years to protect her at all costs, though to be honest RARELY did she ever want or need his help.
As the girls settled down Haedyn realized how he must appear to the Cadets, stiff and stern golden eyes lancing into all of his targets accessing everything. So he decided to relax and relieve the tension in his stance his golden eyes pulling back into that Stoic blank glare. He heard Aelous’ whimper and glanced over at Tyr shaking his head. “I’m glad you have the Boyo, I will go get Aerdis and Doevis, meet you in the Training Field” He said with a shrug of his shoulders he turned and made his way out.
Once free of the Dorm he almost gave a sigh of relief. He was not a teacher, never had been, but at least he could Train Soldiers, the lectures were almost always handed off to Tyr as she apparently had a knack for understanding things on a higher level then his berserker SMASH THINGS take on life. So as he exited the dorms in true it was like a weight had been lifted from his shoulders.
As he strode across the lush grass and intot he training field in full he smiled and lifted a hand to shield his eyes as he searched the skied for the pair he knew to be flying close by. It didn’t take long for his Companion Doevis to pick up that Haedyn was outside. Both the wind and his mind told him that the lanky Lantian was below searching for him. But also for Aerdis. How silly. Doevis thought but turning his head to look at Aerdis he made a caw sound before diving downwards his body fully arching as his wings back stroked then pulled forward and down. His body swept at a tight angle until the Tree’s of the Mir’I forest sprang up before him. Giving a few brute flaps he pulled above the trees and leveled himself out just before his talons touched the earth before Haedyn. Doevis grumbled deep in his throat and made a growling purr as he snuffled his companion’s hair. Haedyn laughed and looking up at him he asked. “You ready to Spar with Aerdis boyo?” He gave a devious grin and Doevis replied with a trumpet loud and long. He would take Aerdis down!

Noxaura Nyx Lorelei words; 875 - tags; Everyone - notes; Got a little longer. Noxaura continued to simply sit. She was not one for large groups. She was more of the loner type. Not that she exactly chose to be that way but being socially awkward did not exactly have perks when it came to large groups. At least the Lantian girl had found someone despite being shy and timid and the two girls had found each other. Even if together they seemed to be some sort of bully or something. She however was simply with her Drak and that was it. Granted it was interesting when the new Cadet came in. He seemed to take a moment to size everyone up before making his way to the kitchen. She had already gone there but she wondered if she should not try and go for another fish. She ate like a cat. Not just in flavors but in volume. A few 'kibbles' here and then came back for a few more a few hours later. Although it all depended on who was in the kitchen and what was going on. You could consider her skittish in that manner. She disliked eating in front of people. Hence her practically swallowing her breakfast down her throat.
It seemed with the grand majority in the room it was time to be briefed on what was going on today. Tyr started with a good morning which of course no one actually gave back. She explained she would be assigning them to teams. She gave the two girls a glance. Not caring if she got a glare in response she had just gone through about ten minutes of glaring what was a few more minutes of it going to do to her? She was just find wielding Noxious like a weapon but it never hurt to keep learning. Plus sometimes Noxious had a mind of her own and acted like a feral cat. Lashing out... It might not hurt to try and either tame that or at least figure out a way to work that into an actual way to fight instead of it being wasted energy. She mentioned the Taurus hatching and she figured she meant the girls and the Cadet that just came in.
That was fine... She was not exactly going to be doing any real greeting though. If they came to her fine otherwise she really had no reason to start a conversation. Not exactly team friendly perhaps but she did not care. She wanted to sigh at the mention of more people coming but that was the hard knocks... Of course more would be coming. She would just have to deal with it as they were crammed in like sardines... Hmm she wondered if they had any sardines... Lime eyes looking towards the kitchen. Purposely ignoring the part about being welcoming. There was no way she was going to be welcoming but she was not exactly going to offer that information up willingly. The new Cadet's were just going to have to figure that out on their own if they did not already find her odd and avoid her. Then teams were made.
She was not sure if she was happy or not with how things were. She was with the love birds... So should she be happy? She was not with the Sadistic Sisters as everyone seemed to be calling them but eh... Either way she was going to end up being a third wheel really. Perhaps that would be for the best really. She could go off on her own as much as was allowed while the two of them went off on their own and did what they wanted. She missed the warning to Aelous but did not miss the warning from Eerus in which it seemed Ceres was not far behind in healing him... Well it seems like things were going to be just what she expected it to be. Although from her blank face you would not read her thoughts. She zoned out during the history of the Drak herself to be honest. Not that it was not interesting but books... That is what books were for. She already did not have much to do why ruin what little the books had to offer?
Apparently thought when she came back to Alantis from her little zoned out vacation these position that were assigned were not permanent. They would be shuffled and that the final ranking test would be what decided where people would settle. Well whatever. Just as long as she did not have to deal with people for to long and the settling was final and she could hopefully just deal with those people on her own time. At the asking of anyone having questions Eerus had already gotten the point across for Aelous but for her and it seemed everyone no one had questions. It seemed like things were settled unless one of the later Cadets came flying in at the last second? But she doubted that. Kid's Drak was here in her absence and she doubt any fresh Cadets would make it so that really left her own dorm-mates who were MIA and Kait if she remembered correctly. Which for her she did not because she did not bother with names.

Shield of Atlantis Leandros Navaar / Dorm Commons
Leandros sat at the table mindlessly chewing away at the carrot and noted the eerie silence in the room. It wasn't enough that the Lantians weren't talking but with him being there, he felt like the weight of the silence was pushing down on him. Besides, what business did a human have with Lantian traditions and affairs? So far as he knew Humans being bonded with Draks was fairly new. Of course, then again it actually happened to him so there was something to it. He was almost finished when Arabella came lumbering out of his room droopy and drowsy. Leandros sighed, of all Draks, why was his so lazy? Not that he thought it a bad thing, but she could at least wake up when he did. Arabella stomped over to Leandros' feet and nudged his hand with her snout. It didn't take much for Leandros to understand her, they were linked after all. It seemed she wanted at least a little something from the kitchen without taking out several pieces of kitchenware. She was a little embarrassed.
He knelt down to his Drak and stroked her head plate. Reassuring her that it's okay. She might be larger and clumsier than the Blades or the Mages, but they'll be thanking her when she saves their hides one day. Giving a friendly smile to Arabella, he got up and got another carrot for her and she snapped down hard on it. The way her jaw was composed reminded him of a snapping turtle. As she laid on the floor and ate away, he looked back up to realize Selene had a certain distaste for another and Leandros couldn't help but wonder at the story behind that. He noted a few of the odd looks and sideways glances shot his way. He must be out of place here, but at least he didn't feel any kind of scrutiny or hostility from any of them.
The silence was then suddenly broken by Tyr giving the Cadets a speech about groupings and pairings. As his name was called alongside Azqua's and Selene's he glanced in their direction in thought on what that might entail. Both looked violent enough and at least one was probably thirsty for combat. Selene especially has most likely seen combat. Leandros knows the glare very well. As far as pairings, she just said they would be paired off to use their Draks for combat. Leandros weighed the possibilities of what 'combat' could entail. While his beliefs won't be enforced on Arabella, he also didn't relish the thought of telling her to do direct combat. However, combat also entailed defense, so maybe he can work something out in that regard.
Leandros always wondered where his peaceful tendencies started. His best guess was the war that he spent so many months trying to survive. He's just seen too much bloodshed to want to inflict any of it on others. As the thought passed he looked down at Arabella's bronze scales spotted with green and gave her a pat. He wouldn't wish that on her either, but if they were trained for combat then there may come that time when he must forgo his beliefs. Still, nothing was presented to him just yet, so he would simply have to wait and see. At least he would be on the team that is responsible for protection, leave the offense to the bloodthirsty.
Still, he decided if for now those two girls would be on his team, then he will play that part. He stood from his seat and walked over to where he could best guess would be a middle point and stood tall ready to receive whatever task was placed before them. If these girls were to be on his team, then he will treat them as such. His shield will be theirs today.

Tyr waited until the silence was crushing in on them all. Leandros had come to stand in wait and ready to get the day going and Tyr also noticed Pyrex was with them but Kid was not. This confirmed her belief that Kid was in the labs again. She felt a little aggravation at the matter but remained stony on the surface. Haedyn had told her he would be off finding their draks and was glad for the help, but said nothing to him. As he left though Tyr nodded “Right then, if you still eating hurry it up and catch up with us on the Training field. “ She then turned away from the group and made her way out “The rest of you whom are ready follow me” She made her way down the corridor leaving the commons’ room behind. The corridor stretched before them with doors spaced along it’s length. Each door led to a different commons room each commons room led to eight rooms. But at the end of the corridor the hall ended in an archway with no doors to shield the hall way’s sounds. The archway was also large enough for a full grown drak to enter, it was a common theme throughout Atlantis Architecture. Even though only 1 out of every twenty Lantians were actually bound to a Drak. The idea of it all was simple though; draks were revered and respected amoung the Lantians. As they exited the corridor which led to their dorm, they would enter a stairwell and following Tyr down the three flights to the entrance hall. A creature very much like a cat skittered across their path on it’s way to the library but otherwise nothing else greeted their group until Tyr turned to a room marked Armory in Eldin the Lantian written form. Tyr waited just inside the door for the group to filter in. As the group filed in they would notice shelf after shelf of weapons, armory, bolts, bullets, everything and anything they could ever think to need for training was available. Towards the back of this small shop was a cage that held the higher powered, and lethal weapons. Tyr watched them for a moment as the Shop owner entered from back leaving the cage to come and greet them. TOMA^As she approached her dark ebony skin and blonde afro puff seemed a very strange combination. But what was even more odd was this Lantian’s eyes were the most livid color of yellow green they would even cast Noxaura’s eyes as dim. Tyr greeted the woman with her normal Good Skies approach before the woman broke formalities and asked. “Sceltyr what means to an end may I supply your cadets with today? Blades? Bows? Lances? OOo Maces?” She seemed very energetic about her job if nothing else. Perhaps she only liked watching the Cadet’s nearly maim one another. But the woman was estatic to have them that much was clear. “Not today Toma, their Draks’ will serve as their Weapons but, perhaps some leather plate armor for their drak’s for limbs tail and wing struts, for the mages a good collar.” She glanced about the shelves as she spoke and Toma followed behind her snatching up various pieces and casting a measuring eye on different Cadets as she went about her work. “What about Your two?” She asked in a chipper voice. Tyr nodded and watched as Toma, who now held a tower of leather armor in her arms scurried to the back and returned with yet a Larger piece of equipment for Tyr and Haedyn’s draks. In fact you wouldn’t think she be able to carry so much, but she did. Stopping before Tyr so that she could pass the two larger pieces to the commander she then turned and made for the cadets. Tyr shouldered both of the heavy pieces with ease and turned to leave the shop. “Cadet’s once you are assembled to Toma’s approval please meet Haedyn and Myself on the Training field. Do no straggle please” And out the shop she went. She headed for the front doors of the Academy and out into the front lawn. The grass stretched before her a good ways but only three yards to the left and front of the academy was an encircled plot of four different turfs composing a large circle built of four even portions. One was grass, one was rock, the other was sand and the last was almost a triangular pond of sorts. Just outside the ring she found Haedyn and Doevis greeting one another and glanced about the skies for her own drak. Approaching Haedyn she asked “I thought you were getting both of the brutes?” She didn’t have to wait long for Aerdis to appear though, as suddenly weight was lifted from her shoulders as a great burst of wind jostled her hair and cloths about. Tyr looked up as both harnesses were removed from her possession and smiled up at the underbelly of her beauty. His umber orange and eboy scales reflected the light while white scales and feathers seemed to absorb it. He hovered in the air for a moment letting Tyr latch on to his ankle before pulling up just enough to glide the rest of the way to Haedyn and Doevis. Tyr dropped from his ankle just after his talons released the harnesses, she landed beside them and curtaining her brow with her hand she pointed to the larger of the pieces and then pointed at Doevis. Then Finally Aerdis would drop down as hissing growls of challenge rolled up his throat. He had heard Doevis trumpet earlier and was ready whenever the big bronz thought he had it in him to take down Aerdis. Tyr glanced up into Aerdis’ face and pushed a questioning thought his way. He clacked his teeth and resounded the trumpeted call of Doevis from his own memories into hers. She smirked as she took the meaning clearly, Doevis had challenged him. “Don’t worry big guy,” She said patting his chest “You’ll get the chance to show him, we’re doing a demonstration before we let the cadets fight each other.” She smiled as a deep purr echoed behind what could only be a hissing chortle. Which was Aerdis way of laughing she believe as bright lights danced in her companions mind. Tyr went about connecting the harness over his shoulders through his normal strap holsters and then finally clasped the collar guard in place. He shook himself and grumbled stretching his wings and feeling a little encumbered by the thick leathery armor. He was ready he snapped his teeth towards Doevis in challenge as the feathers on his crest flared upwards.

WORD-825 NOTES: Nothing to say right now.
| Mid Morning Snack ✘
Azi’s eyes drifted back to Tyr as she announced those still eating should hurry up. She turned her crimson violet eyes to Snapyre finally and held the remaining skewer out to the Drak. Snapyre new better than to take it from the sharp end so with a twist of her neck and an upward snap she tore the remained of the fish off the skewer, bits and pieces fell to the ground only to be ‘Hoovered’ up seconds later by the drak’s sand paper tongue.
Once the pair were finished they glanced to Selene before standing and making her way out of the pit. Snapyre weaved behind her for a moment before suddenly sliding up between the girls legs and boosting her over onto her shoulders with a flick of her head. Azi adjusted her legs around the draks’ fron elbows and tucked her toes in what would be considered the Drak’s armpits, this made for an easy latch when riding bare back she had already found. She had to still be careful though her feet were bare and her companions scales sharp. Instead of following Tyr out though they made their way back into their dorm.
Once inside Azi didn’t bother to shut the door as she began to strip from Selene’s shirt. She stood in only panties for a minute while Snapyre chewed on a bone she’d brought back the night before. Azi dove into her locked and yanked out a plain black short sleeve shirt and a gray pair of cargoes. Pulling some stray mis matched socks on and finally her combat boots Azi jumped back onto Snap’s back and clucked her tongue.
The drak scooped up her bone and then turning sprinted from the room at a strange drak gallop. They caught back up with the group at the bottom of the stairs and falling like a silent shadow once more the team moved about the back of group until they had direct line of sight on Glow Worm and Selene. They were entering the Armory Azi only knew what this place was because she had stumbled upon it on her first night exploring the Academy after hours. She was prone to casual walk abouts in the night and often gave a good scare to any that she came across.
The shop keeper Toma was running around like Tyr’s lap dog it seemed the two had an established relationship. But Azi felt Tyr didn’t have a close connection to this woman. The strange Dark Skin Lantian was something new to Azi’s eyes so she examined every inch of the woman before turning to examin weapons on shelves. Her eyes growing greedy as she scanned the weaponry.
Then Tyr was leaving and before she knew it Toma was upon her and Snapyre. “Your gonna have to dismount child” She said in a funny tone. Azi’s eyes flicked from the shelves before her to the woman beside her. She was sneaky and swift, Azi automatically went on guard. Her body not all to gether rigid as she slid down but there was a controlled tone to her muscles. SNapyre also went stiff as azi’s mind kicked over to the Feral side. Snap gave a growling hiss her head snapping around to look at Toma.
The woman simply rolled her eyes at the Drak grabbing a hold of Snapyre’s snout and clamping it shut firmly with only a single hand. With her other hand she went to work throwing straps over and under around and threw until finally snapyre stood with a full leather bodice, shin guards, and a face guard that shielded the brow of her head and would protect her eyes by glancing any fangs away. Her wings were also adorned with heavy leather guards. Snapyre’s wings drooped and she shook her body and yanked her head trying anything to free herself but Toma’s grip was strong and only once she was finished did she release the Blade and step back as she expected the snap from the dragons anger.
“There you go, not so bad is it you big baby” She gave a jerk of her head “Get goin” Then moved on to the next cadet. Snapyre growled and grumbled as Azi approached and the girl decided it best not to mount back up while Snapyre was in such a mood. So the pair left the shop and made for the front lawn. They quickly found Aerdis and Doevis on the field they were the largest things there. They also appeared to be challenging one another. She gave snapyre a pat knowing a good scuffle from the adults would cheer her up.
Snapyre watched as they made their way closer giving the large draks a wide birth as they circled around to Tyr and Haedyn. Once their the pair simply sat in the grass and waited. Snapyre was gnawing on the shin guard of her right foreleg and grumbling once more.

( WORDS ) 949 ( TAGGED ) Everyone ( MUSE ) None it seemed like this was all that was coming today or at least that Tyr was not going to wait for anyone else. Which was fine. She however was lost in the dancing of the fire. For some reason it caught her attention stronger than it should have. She had not been sleeping as well as she should have and she had been working harder without proper sleep. She had not been eating as much as she should be and while one might say that would lead to illness Selene did not exactly pay attention especially now with Azi on her wing and everything else she needed to deal with. Being a loner forced to deal with people did not make for a healthy sleep or appetite. So she simply stared at the fire zoning out not sure how long it would last.
She was staring at the fire for what seemed like forever but the trance did not get to last long as it seemed as Tyr announced those still eating should hurry up. Well she was not eating. So she went to stand up. She suddenly felt a little wobbly but ignored it in thinking it was simply from sitting to long. She never sat she normally was always standing around. So she proceeded to look at Undine to make sure she was following though Undine seemed to be a tad bit sluggish herself. She figured it was just because she was either tired or trying to act normal and it came off as being sluggish so once again she paid no attention. She looked over at Azi who seemed to be finishing up. She saw Azi glance at her before standing. She took that as meaning it was time to make their way to outside.
She watched as Azi once again sat upon Snapyre. Lucky was she to be small enough to sit upon the back of her drak like that. Unfortunately for her Undine was a little to small even for a normal Mage. She figured she would make up for it later though. Plus she did not exactly feel like riding Undine. The thought made her stomach roll for some reason at this moment. So she simply followed those who were ready out. While it was normally Azi who was her shadow at the current she felt more like the shadow. A haze over her head as she was not exactly there nor here. Just following after the familiar form of Azi. She had no need to change so she found herself waiting for Azi. Then in a strange drak gallop Snapyre made her way from the room. Not up for a run she simply followed as a lazy walk.
Somehow she ended up getting in front of Azi due to the chaos of everyone making their way after eating and cleaning up. Undine was a good tell tale of her location and she suspected it was Azi's way of finding her. So she did not put any effort forth in telling the girl her location. Suddenly she somehow entered an armory. What the hell how did she end up here and who was the woman that Tyr had running around like a faithful lap dog? Well whatever it seemed like this was a place to get weapons but that is not what Tyr said they were doing so... It seemed like Armor was what they were getting and like that the strange dark skinned Lantian was on a spree getting armor of all types of the draks that were now lined about. Undine was easily dressed up and did not fuss but then again Selene did not watch. Anyone who saw the drak would have noticed she seemed a little out of it.
Selene herself was completely out of it. Haze dulling her normal glare as she just stared into space. She was normally the one glaring things down, checking weapons, looking at the new things, seeing if they were a threat, and here she was barely there. Like a shell of herself just waiting for whatever to be done to HER drak to be done. She was then basically shooed away and then it seemed to be Azi's turn. Normally that would have gotten something to trigger in Selene and it mildly did. She went to snarl but instead she almost passed out. Putting a hand to her head she looked at Azi and kept an eye on her instead. Tyr would not let someone near them if they were dangerous without saying so first... She let that go through her mind before slinking towards the two commanders. Not paying attention to anyone else who was around her. Undine standing next to her gave a tiny whine.
Undine looked when Snapyre did not seem to happy at the woman but she could do nothing she felt like a statue of ice. So she just laid beside her bondmate who seemed to attempting to keep her military stance but there was a slight shake to her form. As if she had a chill or if she was fighting the urge to simply go to jelly. It seemed the only reason Selene actually kept from falling into a heap was because of Azi and Snapyre. Not that she would be able to do anything at this rate but once Snapyre was free and Azi was no longer having to deal with the darker Lantian she suddenly noticed black spots in her vision. Then nothing. She briefly felt someone or something catch her but she was completely out of it now. Giving slight pants as she shivered despite the sun and her black warm clothing.

Dormz ?!
Words: 666 O.O;WTH :: WITH: EVERY1Aelous glanced about the room when Ceres poked him then shushed him and then began to heal him. The energy that spilled into his leg was warm and comforting like a snug blanket but just as quickly as it had started it had ended. His skin had’nt been destroyed by Eerus so the pin marks in his legs vanished almost immediately. He smiled up at Ceres and Eerus sniffed his leg and gave a growl of displeasure before he stood and followed Tyr from the room. Aelous stood and holding a hand out to Ceres would help her up if she accepted his hand. Then he would turn and simply follow his own companion, hands behind his head at a leisure pace he would finally see Leandros and realize he was one of the new Cadet’s Tyr had spoken about. Ael had a sneaky suspicion this one was a roommate of his. They were the only two male cadets apparently. The thought hadn’t bothered him when he first arrived. It seemed they were only so many humans awake right now. Probably 50 humans if he had to guess. Apparently the females were the stronger Cadet’s out of the Human race, at least that was the way Aelous always considered Draks to pick their bonds, they would go for the strongest souls they found. Maybe Human women had something more about them to consider. Aelous had to pause his thoughts though as they landed on Azi and Selene’s departing forms. Selene looked a little off he thought as she strode along behind Azi. Oh well the twins had each other to look out for one another. He hit the stairs and took them two at a time while Eerus got bored of tripping along the stairs. So he decided to jump onto the railing and then floated in a tight circle down the center column. He dove the last last flight tucking his wings tight he landed on front paws first then rear paws with a heavy clack against the smooth crystalline floor. Aelous landed a few moments later on the ground level and smiling at Eerus waved for him to follow and they entered the shop behind Tyr. Toma came out and Aelous followed the rare dark skinned Lantian around with one love sick eye. He propped his chin up in a palm then perched his elbow on a shelf near by Eerus rumbled in his chest and rolled his eye becoming annoyed now a days when aelous trolled the female figures about him. The Lantian couldn’t help himself though he had a taste for beauties. But as Toma finished with Selene and whirled his way he couldn’t help but notice Selene’s rather passive manner. Worry spiked as his red eye followed her bodies swaying manner. Toma was just about to say something to Aelous when Selene dropped suddenly. Aelous knowing he wouldn’t make it but still trying, started to jolt to Selene’s side. He lifted a hand and without shape or form, he hadn’t the time to focus it, Wind Aether erupted underneath Selene and about her cradling her as she dropped to the floor a literal cushion of air. Aelous slide to a stop beside Selene on his knees he lifted her torso and head a little tilting his ear to her nose and mouth. Listening and finding the slight pants that barely moved her, yet shivers racked her body. Aelous didn’t even look up from Selene “CERES GO GET TYR!” He yelled in a very un Aelous manner. Eerus squawked in confusion his wings snapping up, aelous was confused and so was Eerus, this made for an unhappy Blade . “Eeurs” Aelous snapped at his drak as he laid the young woman carefully back on her back, he continued to cradle her head in such a manor though, that her air ways remained opened.
