Shield of Atlantis
Leandros stayed purposeful in his movements in the darkness. As much as he didn't like going strange places, he still felt obligated to these people. He wasn't sure why, but he felt protective over them, even Aelous as odd as he could be at times. Since his training, his job was clear. As a shield, he will be what is in between his comrades and the enemy. He saw no reason as to why this would be different away from a battlefield. Although the light was needed to see in the tunnels, he still kept in front of Noxaura and Ceres as she crept closer to the sole source of light in these tunnels. Leandros kind of wished he brought his shield, but he still had his Aether. Though, not entirely in control of it, he can still manifest something resembling a shield from the earth.
It was odd. The whole day's events from combat to Aether, he never really thought about his Aether. Maybe it was simply because he always toiled in the Earth or if it's because he had trouble with the element as it is more stubborn than he is. Still, it was comforting to know he wasn't completely helpless in this strange place. More importantly, he wasn't helpless in whatever place Aelous was bringing them to.
As the tunnel stretched on, he noticed Arabella wasn't having any trouble down here. She seemed almost at home underground and was making less noise than the lot of them. The one place where she was more graceful than her bond counterpart. The thought made him giggle as they made their way through in companionable silence. At least, until Aelous reached a large door. As he undid the hatch, Leandros made sure to glance around trying to see what little he could, it would be good to memorize such a place in the event of an attack. Not that he was worried, just prepared.
As soon as the door opened, the wind rushed out into the open air and Arabella meandered out into the open. Waiting for the rest to go before him, he walked out and felt the refreshing night air. Say what you wanted about this place, there was always beauty to behold here. He walked out and as the group gathered their surroundings, he took note of Aelous' change in mood. This place was likely not safe and he put himself closer to Noxaura in response. The sounds he could pick out didn't sound friendly and very feral. Leandros made it a point that whatever happened, he would be the one that gets hit first, if anything came out and heeded Aelous' warnings to stick to the path.
Their destination could be seen from some ways away as he saw large chunks of rock sprouting out of the ground and glowing with energy. The mark on his cheekbone gave a light tickling sensation and he absently rubbed it. These must be connected to Aether. Leandros looked up and marveled in his mind at the cavern that glowed with such intensity. "What is this place?" He asked flatly, but with curiosity. Leandros suddenly had a feeling they should not be there.

Noxaura Nyx Lorelei words; 680 - tags; Aelous, Ceres, Leandros - notes; One word longer Noxaura continued to hold her flame until it was not needed anymore. Like a tiny green firework it exploded in her hand. She then let her arm rest back where it normally did. She did not feel the urge to take a breath like everyone else seemed to. Perhaps it was because she was used to finding herself in dark, damp, and stagnant places. She did enjoy the refreshing night air but to look at her you would not see it. Only cat like eyes shimmering in the darkness of the forest. There was a feral growl that seemed to cause the party to want to put an extra skip in there step but unlike them she continued at a leisured pace. She was an odd one in that sense. Curious to everything. Not that she believed in the tale of having more then nine lives but if she survived this long with such a strange Lantian pick up maybe it was not so hard to believe.
Noxious had to gently push her in order to rush her to keep up with the others as her mind seemed to wander. Some might see her as a empty shell wandering around hence the endless nicknames but really she was a bit of a dreamer with a endless supply of shy. Unfortunately for her it did not come off as cute or 'I need to protect' like when it came from Ceres. She was scary so it likely looked like she was fine. Which by this time she really was but she had to wonder how a girl like Ceres was doing things like this if she was so timid. If it was to make friends to expand her horizon it certainly was a weird way to go about it. Peer pressure was one thing but to do it by your own at the risk of death or lots of trouble from the commanders was certainly not the typical way of going about handling making friends and getting away from books. Although that would be calling the kettle black? Here she was but then again she was a phantom. Not some deer like Lantian.
Once everyone reached the cavern it seemed like everyone save for Aelous was impressed to some level to what it held. She had a blank curiosity but it did not really show on her face as much as her actions. Once again she peeked from behind Leandros. He was already close enough for her not to have to move far which was nice. It was interesting what Aether could do besides be used for attacking and defending. Noxaura made sure to make a note of that. Noxious gave a purr as she stayed near Arabella. Curiosity pulling at her. The glow was something she wanted to know and find out what caused it. It gave of a familiar feeling but she wanted to see it... Although she peeked up at her bondmate who seemed to be peeking from behind the shield's bondmate again. Perhaps her bondmate would not want to do it? She was shier than she appeared.
However after sharing a glance with Noxaura, Noxious got her answer, it appeared she was willing to check the place out. Curiosity was something they shared in an large amount. At hearing Leandros ask what is this place Noxaura just looked over his shoulder to see if Aelous would give a response or be sarcastic again. She could not help but 'pin' her ears back and wait for his answer. A blank look on her face. She gave a peek at Ceres who seemed to try to hide the fact she was just as clueless as they were. Perhaps she was just perceptive or maybe Ceres was really just that innocent and trying to pretend she was not. It was interesting site to see her class mates out of the class environment. It certainly fed her curiosity but Noxaura always had room for more curiosity and therefore she remained behind Leandros waiting for Aelous' answer to what this place was.

Turn Down for Whom ?!
Words: 684 :: WITH: CERES // LEANDROS // NOXAURAAelous’ shoulders slumped and his arms dropped to his side as the group seemed un-affected by the magesty of the caverns he was showing to them. Nox didn’t seem to care at all her face blank as usual, and apparently a touch of worry was trailing behind Leandros voice. Well at least Ceres was impressed. That thought was all it took to ring his peacock mannerisms back in check. He shrugged glancing at Leandros answering him in since he at least asked where they were. Though he isn’t to thrilled Aelous cut a look his way and said “Well this is one of many Pocket caverns. They are all over the Ship, and if you know where your going you can find find all Sorts of Short Cuts.” He shrugged his shoulders and his one eye rolled bout to examin the caverns. “It’s perfectly safe, Lantians use them all the time. I just tend to know more of them” He winked at Ceres and then turned. “ONWARD!” He voice echoed down into the cavern and Eerus hissed at his bond mate. “Oh Come on Eerus no on can hear us, we’re near the west branch of the Mir’I and I bet you Tyr and Haedyn ARE on Patrols this time” He chuckled and waved for the others to follow him. They walked for maybe fifteen minutes in the crazy maze of caverns and tunnels and shafts . Then suddenly Aelous halted and turned his head upward a wide a deviant smile spreading his lips as a air of glee covered his face. He looked back to the others with this …. Odd look and then pointed up. “Threw that Hatch just above us is the best place in all of Atlantis! A place to go and relax, unwind and meet some new friends!” He had taken on a showman’s air now and suddenly turning zipped up through the hatch pushing Eerus through before him. Once on the street he turned and would help Ceres out and then Noxaura and then would wait as Leandros came out. They were standing in an alley way it appeared… How luxurious indeed. Aelous tip toed on excited feet down the alley to where it connected to a side street and peeking out giggled. “Yes!” Then he scampered off down the street. Eerus stood with the group still a bored sadness upon the Blade’s face as he was very used to Aelous forgetting his responsibilities. He screeched in Aelous’ brain and the Lantian could be heard yelping from the pain in his head. Eerus made what sounded like a hissing snicker and then trotted down the alley looking for all the world like an old Earth komodo Dragon as he swished away. He hoped the group could keep up with his insane Lantian Boy but he also wouldn’t let them out of his site coming around the corner he found Aelous holding onto his ears and glaring one red eyes at his Drak. “You didn’t have to say so, so loud you know!” He sighed “Yes Yes Alright!” He glared at Eerus, this one sided conversation though heated was still rather amusing, and Eerus balantly ignored his companion and looked back towards the group. “Right this is UnderTown! It has all the best clubs in Atlantis, and the best part is, it’s co species! So a bunch of Cadet’s and their Drak’s will go unnoticed here. I think you humans had something like this place…. Called the Black Market I think!” He smiled with glee and turned before he started to stride into populated streets. If this Black Market aelous spoke of was the one the humans would think it was, this was bad, very very bad. The black market in Earth’s dieing years was nearly as powerful as a government and pretty hard to avoid. They were cruel and more mafia styled using, hording, anything and everything they could to make a profit in a world no longer run on money. So they traded in resources. Their had been slave trade cannibalism, it had been known as Hell. coded by LILITH of ADOXOGRAPHY

| Just give me a chance and I'll prove it to you There's so much I can do Don't judge this book by its cover I just look different than you Ceres was probably a little to much 'heart on her sleeve' about things. By looking at Leandros and Noxaura she could not exactly tell if they were impressed by the lights or not. She could tell they seemed to be some what curious but from the look of things she was the only one that seemed to not be able to produce a poker face. Although it seemed that due to her being impressed Aelous was not dampered. Christopher gave a small purr like sigh it seemed like it would continue. Which he was not surprised about. However the way they were going about it was something he was not exactly pleased about. Especially when he went on to say they were perfectly safe and tended to know more about them before winking at Ceres. She did not seem to catch the wink in the way most others would and Christopher gave a small disapproving chirp at that. Ceres just gave a cheerful smile at the fact they were going to keep going.
At him yelling onward which caused his voice to echo down into the cavern Eerus hissed. Christopher also gave a hiss. This boy was going to cause a lot of trouble if he did not stop strutting about like some bird trying to attract a mate. He tried to seem to talk 'sense' into his bondmate but Christopher would have none of this. Almost having a snob like reaction to Aelous. He hoped that Eerus would bite him again... Maybe rein him in a little or something. He would make sure that Ceres would not heal him or anything. However they continued to walk and it was a rather long walk. Around fifteen minutes of crazy maze like walking around tunnels and shafts. Then suddenly she bumped into Aelous' back as he halted. She almost fell on her butt but Christopher caught her on his back. She gave him a pet not giving a thought to how awkward she was being.
By doing this she totally missed his deviant smile and the air of glee covering his face. Christopher gave a almost frantic chirp as if to be like 'LOOK! He is not someone to be around!' But Ceres was to busy thanking Christopher and getting up assuming the frantic chirp was because she hurt him. Quickly checking him over he could only give another purring sigh. It seemed his bondmate was to naive for her own good. Seeing Aelous pointing up she looked up completely missing the look. As if it was some sort of slapstick humor. She listened as Aelous explained that through that hatch was the best place in all Atlantis. A place to go and relax. Unwind and meet some new friends. One minute they were down in the cavern and after getting some help they all were in an alley way... She had to give a slightly confused smile at this.
Well if this was what he thought was amazing who was she to judge. Not that she really cared about things being golden and such but this seemed a bit damp and dark to be the best place around. In fact it seemed to hold an air of danger... Aelous however seemed to tip toe on exited feet down the alley. Peeking out and giggled as if in victory. He then scammpered down the street. Christopher seeing Eerus' bored sadness could only give a chirp of sympathy for the blade. Having to deal with such a handful must have been hard on the hatchling. Well it seemed like he got his revenge as yelping soon was heard from the victorious boy and Eerus made a hissing snicker to show he was the cause. Then it was Eerus who looked rather victorious as he made he was down the street.
Ceres then trotted after the two in order to keep up. She relied on Christopher to keep her from getting lost. Hopefully the humans were able to keep up as well. She however could only worry about so much as her senses were being overwhelmed. Suddenly she came upon a site of a one sided conversation. It seemed Eerus and him were not in agreement about things. Well after reaching him she took a moment to catch her breath. She was a tiny bit afraid when she heard they were in UnderTown... She heard horrible things about this place. Not about the clubs or anything like that but murders and other horrible acts. So when he was explaining things she just gave Aelous a rather nervous smile. She kept quiet but it was rather obvious she was not exactly comfortable being here. Although he seemed to be to happy being here to really notice anything else.
She wondered what the humans thought. This was basically the Lantian version of the black Market... And from what she heard that was not a much better place in fact it was worse. It did not have clubs and it was down right cruel... In fact she wondered if it would cause them to want to turn back and leave or possibly even get upset at Aelous for being so excited when they had been through horrible things on Earth and he was so excited. She peeked at them and was torn between what to do. Aelous was her first friend but she kind of wished he would be a little more sensetive to the others feelings. What if they had a bad experience in a Black Market place? This would have been nice to have told them before bringing them here... Now unless they wanted to risk going back they were ultimately stuck until Aelous wanted to bring them back and from his excitement it did not look like it would be anytime soon.

Shield of Atlantis Leandros stood there, still wondering at what exactly awaited them in that cavern. Glowing Aether was one thing, but pocket caverns? Wouldn't it make sense for Tyr or Haedyn to be patrolling these rather than the streets? It would make more sense for people trying to sneak out to use these caverns. Of course, maybe they didn't think any of the cadets knew about them. Hell, Leandros didn't know about them until just a couple minutes ago. He was also human and completely new to this place. Still, he remained on guard and looked into the caverns, the distant caves making bends down their current path. He heard Aelous' comment on how Tye and Haedyn were on patrol this time. Does that mean he has tried this before and got caught? Whatever the case, they were already out so there was no point in turning back.
As they walked through the caverns, Arabella seemed entirely at home. She enjoyed rubbing against the stone that illuminated the tunnels and purred with happiness. Leandros knew it was because of their Aether. Being underground was almost like being home for the Drak and down here, she could bump into anything and not care. At the rate she was doing this however, Leandros had extra polishing and claw care to do once they returned. 'Were all Draks this high maintenance?' He wondered to himself. Arabella turned and hooted a little and he could only smile.
Once they reached their destination, Leandros peered up at the predetermined exit. Up there, it was basically a party. He wondered when the last time he simply had fun was. Sure, there were the coveted silent days when he was on Earth when they all got to just relax. It was the closest to real fun he could remember. Just talking to each other and learning their stories, it was great. As though the war wasn't even happening around them. But that moment was all they cared about. What Aelous said next made Leandros freeze in place.
Shooting a dark look his way, he couldn't help himself. "Don't you dare assume this is anything like them." He said before thinking. Maybe he didn't know. Maybe he was just trying to be funny. "I've seen the real Black Market. I've lived through those sons of bitches and only because I lost two people very close to me. If up there is anything like what is was on Earth, then I want no part of it." He said keeping his voice barely calm but just and brimmed with force. Realizing how he must have appeared, he simply turned away and walked from the group staring back out towards the entrance. He wondered if he should just stay or return to his dorm. He noted Arabella's change in mood as she slumped to his leg. She knew how he felt always and it had a direct effect on her as a result.
His group had a few encounters with the Black Market. Most were just small skirmishes that could be fought retreating, but the one time they were actually caught, he lost two friends that day. There was no way to out run that amount of troops so two of them ran a diversion that called for the main body to simply fight backwards while they drew fire with explosives and ran in opposite directions. Neither of them made it to the rendezvous point. He clenched his fist in anger. He should have stayed with them. He should still be on Earth. He should have died back there, like they did.

Noxaura Nyx Lorelei words; 739 - tags; Aelous, Ceres, Leandros - notes; Uh oh... Well when they say curiosity killed the cat one could also say the location of said curious cat could also be what killed it. Noxaura had waited for the answer to where they were the first answer was not that bad. Many of the pocket caverns. So that would explain some things she supposed. Granted why he was so excited sort of eluded her for the moment. Perhaps it was the fact he was getting past Tyr and Haedyn as it seemed the last time he got caught as he did mention they were on partol for real this time. It made her wonder how many times he did this... While Ceres seemed to be rather naive to the whole issue she was not. It seemed like Aelous was a bit on the wild side. Not something she really enjoyed. She accepted the help however once they were leaving the caverns. She took a look around with a blank look. Where...? She was trying to piece this puzzle about but it did not take long for Aelous to let his excitement get to him.
The more he spoke the more a wave of fire threatened to spill from her. "Du dummer Junge!" She said with a rare venom in her voice. Forgetting herself and speaking in another tongue. While her voice betrayed her emotions her face remained placid. She looked at Aelous but before she could say anything further Leandros seemed to put in his two cents in about the matter about the black market. It seemed it was a joke neither took as funny at all. Especially him who had lost people. She... She... And she had to admit despite her expressionless face was a large inferno of emotion. She remembered nothing besides blood. She had to clutch her head as a headache came out of nowhere as she tried to remember just why she hated this place so much. She walked backwards not paying attention to those around her and simply walked into a wall. Sliding down it while she seemed to be having an issue with a headache.
While she just sat in the dirty alley as Leandros continued Noxious peeked at Noxaura and her headache knowing the dull ache in her own head was the familiar feeling of a memory headache. She then turned to Aelous and hissed and growled at him. As if to say how dare you. Not that she expected him to know but the fiery temper of Noxious was not something easily quelled after it was started despite how difficult it was to start. When she did not know the reason she did all she could to help her bondmate through her headaches but when she knew the cause she often lashed out at it. Aelous was being gleeful in all of this and from what she could tell both the other human and his drak and her own companion now were suffering because of some insensitive joke he made. She did not understand the joke but the shift in mood was all she needed to spark the fire. She may not be a shield but she was protective all the same.
However much Noxaura could not remember she did remember one thing which was why was she alive when so many others had died? Why did she survive when there was so much going on earth with people who could still be alive living in a hell and here they were living in some sort of elvish paradise... Why her she was not special and it showed. She was socially awkward, she was a freak, she had no idea how to act on her own, and she was now having a memory attack which meant she was going to end up with a headache for the rest of the night possibly into tomorrow even if she was able to act like it went away but currently it pounded her head like a hammer. As if she was forgetting something important. Little did she know that the reason the black market was so important was because of the stories her mother told her and when her father snuck her in she nearly ended up being for sale. It was only because of her father's redeeming intelligence on the matter that she was able to survive unlike many people who were in that same hell hole that was the black market...

Turn Down for Whom ?!
Words: 492 :: WITH: CERES // LEANDROS // NOXAURAAelous’ looked from one to the next first noticing Cere’s worried expression before next seeing Leandros angered face. His eye widened in confusion as the young man yelled at him saying he didn’t know him or what he’d been through. Aelous was very confused with a tilt of his head he wondered about that for only a moment before Leandros started to make his way back the way they’d come. Eerus made a grumble followed with a clack of his teeth. He was urging Aelous to fix this because he feared if the boy returned on his own he would be attacked. “Oi, leandros … “He started then taking a first step in his direction Aelous pushed off from the ground and was pushed forward. It almost appeared he was running on air but none the less he zipped back and around Leandros’ path to place himself squarely infront of him again. “Hey buddy, hold on wait a minute… Wait” He stopped walking backwards from Leandros holding his hands up. “I didn’t realize that was the way they were…” He had heard very different stories about the black markets of earth. He sighed. “Come on This is your Home now, Atlantis is the Safest place in all of Aerdis. I just want to show you guys around a local area the Commanders wouldn’t think of bringing you guys.” He smiled a little and lowered his hands. “I know this place and it’s patrons and you are safe here I can garentee that. Come on Leandros live a little bit here and I’ll show you a new side of the Lantians. We aren’t just Hoety Toety Proper Polite Aliens, You’ve mostly delt with the Royal Clans and the military, Let me show you the lower Districts, the not so privileged. “ He started to walk back around him back towards Ceres. “I wont make you stay man, but wouldn’t you think it wise to Known you home before you can claim to defend it.” His crimson eye had a stern look about his face that wasn’t normal for him. But he left Leandros alone at that moment and came back to the two girls clapping hishands together he nodded. “Right then ladies, just stick by me and we’ll be fine. No one hear would Dream of touching Cadets, they think we can’t control our Draks because they are young. “ He gave a smirk and nodded, “I want to take you to Loevis!” He smirked happy with his decision made up. Eerus watched Leandros for a moment as Aelous made up his mind on their first destinations. Eerus had been into Loevis once before, it would be fun for the humans and the draks would have fun chasing all the pretty lights while the riders danced or drank. In essence Loevis was a night club with music very much like Earth Techno. But the question was, if Leandros would follow them or not. coded by LILITH of ADOXOGRAPHY

| Just give me a chance and I'll prove it to you There's so much I can do Don't judge this book by its cover I just look different than you
Ceres was honestly beyond worried. She had not only heard bad things about this place but the carefree manner of which he tossed around the words about earth made her glance back at the humans... She did not expect a good reaction from the words but it was surprising to see the normally calm Leandros to reaction so strongly and not only that the emotionless Noxaura to seem to speak another language and said in such a venomous way towards Aelous. She looked at Aelous before looking at Christopher anxious at this impacting their outing. Likely getting them in all types of trouble let it be by getting cause or attacked on their way back if they got separated from hurt feelings. Eerus seemed to have some agreement to that and seemed to push for a work to fix things.
So Aelous went towards LEandros before pushing forward off the ground and appearing like he was running on air before zipping around Leandros' path. Making it so he was squarely in front of him. He tried to get him hold on a minute. It was then she noticed Noxaura was having a rather bad reaction to what was said. Seeing Aelous was handling Leandros she decided to step out of her comfort zone and try to see if Noxaura was okay. She peered at the young but older woman. "Are you already..." She asked softly as she bent forward and tried to peek to see if the familiar lime green eyes would look at her. Maybe spook her and show her she was fine but they were clentched tight as if in intense pain. Ceres frowned. This was not good... It seemed this place really was bad...
She listened as Aelous tried to apologize and she hoped somewhere in Noxaura she was listening and it was reaching her. Although part of her wondered if these two would consider that the Underworld would be safe if it was like the black market... Ceres wanted to sigh. It made sense to want to show the less showy royal side of Atlantis but perhaps a warning would have been nice. What was the best place to him might be the worst to humans? She had gone and done this to be more adventurious so she was willing to go with the flow but then again she had not seen what human marketplaces were like...
Aelous continued to try and sell the place. She peeked at Leandros and tried to give him a smile to try and show him she was still going so hopefully he would change him mind before switching back to Noxaura who did not seem to be as worked over by Aelous' pretty words. Something deeper was up with her but she did not know about the girl's memory migraines. After talking to Leandros a bit suddenly he walked towards to her. She stood up before giving Noxaura a look of worry. She poked Aelous with a look of worry but said nothing. He had said something about 'ladies' but it did not look like it was going to be ladies from the way Noxaura was acting.
However his mind was made up. He also seemed pretty sure of himself. He mentioned Loevis and the name seemed somewhat familiar but not enough for her to make a picture. She peeked at Christopher but he gave an almost shrug in his drak way as if to say it beat him. So it looked like it was up to Aelous to show them this place. That is if the humans decided to keep going. She peeked at Eerus as he seemed to be the odd end that kept Aelous from going completely out of control. She seemed to finally be picking up on his wild side but seemed to still be oblivious to the fact he was a play boy despite all the red flags. If only she knew about the slightly insane Earth techno and drinking...

Shield of Atlantis Leandros Navaar / Dorm Commons
His mind was swimming with thoughts of what he should do and what he wanted to do. He wanted to simply ignore everything around him and march back to the dorms. He should turn and explain what his angry outburst was about. Who knows if Aelous even knew what the Black Market was actually was like, honestly, Leandros didn't want to know. Either he didn't know and Leandros made himself look like a fool or he did know and he trivialized something that was personal to Leandros. He felt a slight rush of wind as Aelous leaped to his side and stood in between him and where the exit would be. Leandros looked down at him and crossed his arms keeping his face expressionless while Aelous explained.
Arabella whimpered and came to his side. She never saw this side of Leandros, she only really saw him working hard to keep her happy and be a boon to those who would one day be his allies in war. It was most of the reason why he went along in the first place, to form a bond with those he didn't know yet. She felt part of his pain and it was a horrible thing, Arabella hoped he wouldn't have to feel such things again. They were simply awful, and she knew Leandros would rather give his life than feel that pain again. He heard Noxaura's statement and Leandros couldn't agree more. Living on the German border he knew the language well and knew what she said.
Leandros met Aelous' uncharacteristic gaze as he kept going. Honestly, he couldn't care about the rest of life in this place. The military way seemed just fine to him. Hell, he couldn't really recall if he had ever been to a club or a party. No time for it when he was younger and impossible when the war started. Maybe he should loosen up a bit. Just a bit. There was still a part of what Aelous said that Leandros had to set right. "Alright, I'm going with. But, let's get one thing straight. This, is not my home. Back there, Earth is my home. I will defend this place with my life without a second thought, but that is because of the people here." He said nodding to Ceres' smile and Noxaura. "But not because of what it is." By then, he had noticed Noxaura was in pain. Whatever it might have been, he didn't care.
He walked over to where Noxaura stood and asked with reassurance if she was okay. The girl was odd no doubt, and who knows what else is buried within her. Maybe this whole idea was pointless. It seemed to cause more trouble than anything, but Aelous seemed relentless on getting there. Leandros would go, but he would stay near Noxaura to make sure she stayed okay. If this club was anything like they were back on Earth, then there may be people who are uncouth. The majority might be friendly, but it only took one to ruin what should be a peaceful night.

Noxaura Nyx Lorelei words; 768 - tags; Aelous, Ceres, Leandros - notes; Uh oh... Noxaura had mildly in the back of her mind noticed that Ceres presence and it honestly took a lot of effort not to swat at her to make her go away. Noxious hissing seemed to get the point across though. The girl was persistent though. While she finally stood up she did not really leave her side. Part of her was happy for the space but knowing where they were made it she did not want to be alone either. Plus somewhere in the chaos that was her brain she knew it was not Ceres who she should be mad at considering the front she put up. Aelous was the one who knew the place they were going to he was the stupid one. He should have went to explain further 'this amazing place' before assuming they would all be on board...
Aelous' words honestly just pissed her off more as her head throbbed endlessly with the beat of her heart. It was like a bandage that was to small for a gash he just created. He was acting like some little boy who suddenly noticed with help of a bunch of clucking hen mothers that he needed to apologize... Otherwise she wondered if he would have really just continued. Especially when he said ladies. She went to swing her head to give him a glare that would have shown a genetic linkage to Selene but her head screamed at her so she could only grip her head harder. Noxious who felt the pain grow worse gave a growl as if she was growing slowly feral but kept it contained through vocalization. She normally was calm and quiet as a cat but the pain she felt with Noxaura was making her moody.
Through the blood pounding through her cat like ears she heard Leandros mention he was going. She almost could not believe it. However he seemed to want to make things straight. About this not being his home, Earth was, and that he would defend this place with this life, but that was because of the people here. She missed the nod in their direction but she noticed Ceres moving slightly as if in appreciation. She then noticed him walk over to where she stood and asked with reassurance if she was okay. She released one hand and peeked one green eye that she normally never showed during these episodes that showed her pain. There was something about black market and the place that it was that made it so she was having a bad memory reaction. She could not remember she just knew she was extremely angry about being near a place like it and the comparison.
She wanted to know so badly so of course it did not just shove and go away like most of her headaches from her statsis shock it had become a full blown episode but how was she suppose to explain that... She did not like talking much. Rather she also did not want everyone to know what was wrong with her either. She was strange enough as it was. However after looking at him for a moment he seemed like he was actually concerned despite her oddities. "My memory hurts... I can't remember why I hate places like this I just do and I want to remember but it hurts..." She said in a extremely low voice. The pain was so much she had given up on trying to glare at Aelous and focus on trying to hold back watery eyes. She decided it was not worth trying to remember. It seemed like they were going to continue anyways.
Ceres seemed to stick near Aelous so she stuck near Leandros which was not to difficult as he seemed to stay near her already. Her head still throbbed but it lightened up enough for Noxious to calm down though she was still hyped up. Noxaura had no idea where they were going or what a 'club' was despite her reading. Then again most books did not take the time to explain what they were so she was going to be in for some shock when it came to seeing what it was. She had a bad feeling due to Aelous though so she more or less hid behind Leandros as they got closer to wherever their finally destination was and she ended up gripping onto Leandros' shirt. Noxious peeked up curious but continued on with less hesitation then her bondmate wanting to see what was so great about the place that ended up with her feeling so much pain.
