ARC TREES
Home away from home for the Lantians and now the humans too. After a hatching Cadet’s are assigned to one of these, thirteen, grad ships. But it’s funny that they don’t exactly look like space ships, and it’s not exactly inanimate either. Appearing for all the world like a small floating island perched atop a bedrock of sparking crystals very similar to those found in the Hatchery. At the Stern (end/back)of the ship rooted into this island is a tree larger than anything you may have witnessed back on Earth. But more on those in a moment. Toward the Bow (front) is a forest made from more normal shaped trees, though they are still grand in stature. Each ship has up to ten Levels and bellow I will map out everything there is to know about our battle ships!
Engine and Core of the Ship:
--So what’s with the gigantic tree? Well that would be the core of the Harkronis Ships. And it’s not just and engine/core, it’s also a living breathing being. A race known now only as the Arc Tree, or Star Tree, their race obliterated by the Veradae-Neda; due to their peaceful nature only fourteen of them still remain and they are fused and rooted into a bedrock of Aether energy giving them nearly thrice the power then any star shop currently recorded. However this energy that they harness fuels more than just movement.
--The Harkronis ships produce their own Atmosphere like a bubble keeping it’s occupants safe as they travel well above the oxygen levels of Aerdis. This Tree also produces all of the h2o on the ship as well and so the main mode of bathing is actually steam rooms that mix herbs and cooling menthols for aching cadet’s muscles. All the lighting within the ship is luminescent yellow and is bright in contrast to the Aqua blue veining that runs through the bark of the tree.
--When it comes to battle though one may think a Harkronis ship is a sitting duck. They’d be wrong. For defense a Harkronis projects enormous energy shields we like to call Sails. Two such sail can be seen on the image above (the bright blue triangular shaped object underneath). These sails can also be used to slow the Harkronis or collect down draft energy. For offense a Harkronis has dual mova blast canons that are telekinetically shifted about the outer edge of the ship’s deck. These canons is all the ship really needs though since if something reaching it’s deck the Drak’s are there to take care of it up and personal.
--Ship APS: or Artifical Persona System is what you will see zipping about on the ship interacting with both the crew and the ship itself. These tiny fairy like creatures are in a way the personality of the ARC TREE. Evn though there may be several flying about at once they are all general copies of the same being grown from the core of the ship that is the Arc’s actual body. Each Ship has a name and that name is given to all of the Fairies that float about it. ADE is the Hark: A-5’s APS.
>The interiors
--When one see the inside of Harkronis their not getting what they expected. A strange clashing mixture of Aether Shards, wood and a strange bronzy metal all create corridors and hatchways like you would find on a submarine. But it’s also separated into five ground levels from the deck down, and then four additional levels within the Arc Tree. The roots of the tree seem to have grown everything from doors to elevators, and even furniture in some areas. The Wood has also sculpted the Bridge, which protrudes bulbusously from the trunk’s base.
>Crew Capacity:
--Each Ship can house up to 200 Crew members. The Harkronis A-5 has only 150 soldiers, and thirty staff /crew members. (NPCS)
>Current Captain of Harkronis:
HaelvisBoth the tree and the bedrock of the ship houses much more than it seems. The bedrock has three levels.
Upper Levels:
--Bow Launch : Front/Stern of the ship where the small cave is at the front.
--Bottom Floor: Entrance hall :: Training Hall :: Assignments
--Training Field (the area between the Arc Tree and the small forest)
-art by starhorse->>Deck: Silverlight Forest: The smaller forest on the bow of the ship is made up of several breeds of trees but the main populations seems to be a ashen colored forest sized oaks. They appear almost gray until your right up on their rough bark and you notice the undertones of soft brown threading through it. It’s leaves are hand sized and deep emerald indigo almost the same hue as the Arc Tree’s gigantic leaves. Within this forest the temperature raised dramatically to rainforest levels and many flowers and plants grow here. Also all sources of meat for the crew live here in the forest. Some of these beasts are small and some are rather large. One must tread carefully within the trees borders.
--Also found within the forest is a small crystal clear lake that gurgles up from beneath the deck produced by the ship. Attached to this lake are twin hot springs that bubble quietly and are surrounded by lava rocks, artificial it may be but none-the-less it’s still glorious after a long day’s flight!
Level 4: ADEmae Cavern Stops(mechanics, engineering, magic works, and shops to purchase whatever you need. Also has a nice little fast food restaurant if you would call it that. Smaller ships for transport/hauling are also located here where the bay hatches may open unexpectedly to launch and send a nice draft whirling through the cavern.

Dominic : Run this skevy looking dive, but it's the best damn food you'll find on Aerdis, other Harkronis ships have often tried to still the famous chief from them but apparently Nic refuses no matter how much he's offered else where. He's a strange Lantian who's always smiling and flirting with the ladies, and when it comes to men he's shy, calm and reserved. But if you piss him off he will make you wish you hadn't (gonna leave it at that til someone pisses him off ^.^) He is also a Lantian unbonded with any Drak. Not many know why though. But anyways, if you have a craving he can fix it up. Be careful though if you tell him Chief's choice you may never leave!
Level 3 : Cadets Quarters This entire deck is dedicated to sleeping quarters.
(IMG SOON HOPEFULLY!)
>>Dorm Suites: --Each Suite has a large commons room that’s rounded in shape and hosts a circular fire pit with a lowered center lounge about the fire pit. Straight through the room is a balcony that normally drops off into clouds and then more clouds then whatever is under the clouds comes next ^.^ . To either side of the common’s room are two doors a piece that project into four separate rooms which hold accommodations for four cadets and their baby Draklings too. Each common’s room also has a door leading to a bathing/shower room where cadet’s take steam showers that thoroughly get the job done with hot steam that relieve the aches and pains of training. There is also a small dinette area where normally fruits and vegetables of sorts are stocke. However, Cadets will find that they will be expected to procure their own meat from the forest.
Level 2: Infirmary Hall: Were you go where you busted the fuck up!
/LABS OFF LIMITS no one can figure out how to get into these just yet all the doors lock tight behind the five scientists we have on board.
Level1: Storage, and core systems./ OFFLIMITS! (the stern half of the bottom most level is OFF LIMITS to EVERYONE. Cept the captain and his trust few.
Upper Levels:
Core: Stair Well : Birdge : Capts’ Quarters :
