Noxaura Nyx Lorelei words; 754 - tags; xxx - notes; Super short was gunna skip Noxaura was buried in one of the many books she had brought over to the table. She however was always able to keep an ear out for those things around her. So when she heard what sounded like a dictionary in Leandros' voice answer Azqua about what trust was she rose an eye brow but she continued to read. Suddenly he gave her instructions and with that she peeked her eyes over the top of her book with a look of disbelief. She knew he was knew but was he confused? This girl did not do demonstrations like that. She did not know her that well but even she knew that about her. It was not going to work... Unless he was a god or something... However like she expected her reaction did not have the expected reaction.
Her answer to that example was to go rigid and take a step back. Noxaura expected more or less that reaction. Though he still made the 'catch' position. She made a slight shake of her head before suddenly saying that she was sure that she by pointing at her in a rigid manner still could help find the book he needed. Apparently he had pushed her away in the most quick away possible. She always assumed the girl was not the touching type unless she was the one to suggest it. If you suggested it it was something that would make her lock up which she was witnessing. Noxaura gave a tiny sigh and then suddenly a BOOM exploded on her table. Making the large amount of books she grabbed explode into the air and everywhere around her.
Noxaura gave another slightly longer sigh as the book she had been readying was still in her hands. Standing she placed the one she had been reading on Noxious who had only but opened an eye to the loud noise before going back to sleep. Much to used to the insanity in the Academy. Noxaura then began to pick up the books that deserved much more respect than to be tossed about. So she soon had her arms filled before she gave one last sigh. "... Books deserve more respect than that..." Giving Snapyre a glance meaning she was talking to the drak. It was not a mean glare or anything just a stern one. Especially because these books likely were not easy to get a copy of. Putting them away she assumed she was not going to get to read as many as she thought she was. Returning to the one she did have she sat down and grabbed the one off Noxious' head.
She then looked over the book and looked at the two in their little spot. So much for a quiet day at the library... "Trust is something not so easily earned or tested Leandros even if we are to be allies. Some take longer then others... Azqua, trust is something... It is something that is hard to give and hard to gain. Depending on the person. However it is something that makes you feel protective of someone. you will aloow them to protect you. You are willing to listen to that person's side over anyone because you believe they will never lie to you. You get angry when they are hurt, because they reached a level in you that is the core of trust... They often break down barriers you put up. If trust is broken it makes it harder for others to gain your trust and it takes only one to gain your trust and ruin it for everyone else."
It was not a text book example in fact it was an example she could easily say she had experienced herself. That is why she said it then she added, "If you do not understand then likely you have either never experienced trust at it's deepest level and are afraid to because you have been hurt or have trusted before and refuse to trust again in fear of being hurt again. Both which are tragic. Hopefully someone can break down those walls but until then we are all allies and while we may all have our problems we are all here for similar reasons. We may not need to trust each other yet as it is to early but to know each other cannot hurt." She talked more then she liked to but it seemed someone had to say something. After she finished she went mute again.

Shield of Atlantis Leandros Navaar / Dorm Commons
As Azqua backed away from him he let out a soft sigh. He knew it would've been too easy. It was the easiest way to show what trust was, explaining it couldn't be done by mere words alone. He wondered at the girl's insistence she stay distant from everyone. Sure Leandros was distant himself, but he wasn't beyond conversation or a friendly handshake. Maybe he was being too hopeful, after all, there were people here that probably suffered through a lot more than he did. He heard of the experiments performed on others who where unlucky enough to be captured back on Earth and shuddered at the thought. Were these two part of that fate? It would explain the odd reactions he got sometimes when he spoke.
His thoughts were cut off by a loud crash as Snapyre made an example of Noxaura's books. As expected, Noxaura simply went to picking up the books with silent purpose and Leandros walked over to help. As he listened to a lengthy description of what trust is, he listened and considered the words. He understood trust needed time to grow and no demonstration would instill trust on anyone. However, in his mind, trust was not something you could put into words. Noxaura put it better than he ever could, but it isn't until you feel what trust is like do you truly understand. It was easy for him though. Back on Earth if you were in the war, you had to trust your allies quickly or wind up dead.
He wondered if he trusted too easily then. If there was one thing Leandros had instilled into his mind it was to accept your allies or accept both their and your deaths. This place was different though. He didn't have to worry about survival here and he didn't need to just accept so easily. But was it really a bad thing? To accept people as quickly as he did? Sure, it might have given him trouble, but nothing he couldn't handle in the end. Those who kept his trust he fought and damn near died for, so why should here be any different?
After Noxaura's speech about trust, which Leandros noted her actually talking, he decided to speak up. Not knowing whether he would get the cold shoulder, which he probably would, or get evil glares, he didn't care. If anything, his allies started with these two. One of them offered her help and Noxaura had always somehow been there when there was trouble to be had. "Well, if it means anything. Both of you have my trust. Even if I do not have yours." He said to both Noxaura and Azqua, probably the most unlikely pair to hear him say such a thing, but there it was. Leandros meant every word of it too.

Date: 07.15.2077 Time: Dusk.
Azqua’s eyes had started to take on a bloody tone to them but before her Drak bombarded the books causing an explosion of tomes. Azi’s eyes had moved away from Leandros’ throat to stare viciously at her Drak. Snapyre simple met her gaze as Noxaura went about picking things up. When the girl told her she should respect books Snapyre used Azi’s mind to filter her meaning and then just clacked back in a ‘speaking back’ manner. Azqua’s frame flinched as Leandros made to help Noxaura.
Snapyre was being a brat as she jumped from the table to the back of a chair knocking it over while making her last jump up to the top of a bookshelf. Several of the Sphinx creatures whirled around her squeaking their displeasure. Trying like mocking birds to chase the larger predator away, they swept in at Snapyre but the Blade simply would shake her head and shorts frosty plumes at their wings to slow them. Her long tail hung down the side of the bookshelf and Azqua walked to it holding onto it like a child hiding her face in the Drak’s scales. A small slice would appear on her cheek as she nuzzled Snapyre’s tail. The drak would make a low moaning hiss before dragging her tail away from Azi a little gently for her normally feral mannerisms.
Azqua glanced back as the pair had reassembled the room just about. Apparently the Sphinxes also helped out as it took five to carry one book between them, their tiny wings whirling as they struggled to lift it. Azi placed her hand beneath the spine of the hovering book and lifted her hand until the small creatures were relived of the weight.
The cause for Azqua’s silence was due to Noxa’s words ricocheting back and forth through her mind. Trust was broken, walls, barriers her mind was very troubled as distant memories floated in the periphery of her mind. A spike of pain was slowly lancing its way into her temple as she tried to remember what was so obvious to a part of her brain. She turned away from the memories and the pain, why deal with it when she could simply ignore it.
Her eyes lifted to the pair once more as Leandros said spoke up saying they were Allies and that he trusted both of them. Cheeky cheeky, Azi’s head dropped to the side in that animalistic way as her pupils tightened on his frame. “Trust…” Simple word but it held a lot more meaning now. She understood a part of what they were talking about but if she trusted anyone it wasn’t them it would be Selene. She suddenly wondered where her roommate was. Her body had relaxed but she still hugged tight to the bookshelves as if unsure whether to approach them.
“Trust is something that should be earned…” Was what she finally responded. She wasn’t being mean but in her mind it was the only way to tell him she didn’t trust him or Noxaura, she’d never trust anyone as far as she could remember, back in the days of the wilds and the darkness. She shivered a little unaware that her subconscious was still creeping in things it should be.
Snapyre had turned curling her form up on top of the shelves the Sphinxes seemed to have learned better than to try and bother a blade drak after she’d fed. She watched the group while idly protecting Azi her tail in the prime position to slice any who came to close. She had been growing in leaps and bounds lately and was becoming quite a handful as she matured into the Blade she would one day be.

Noxaura Nyx Lorelei words; 643 - tags; xxx - notes; Sorry for the wait Noxaura was used to doing things by herself so she did not expect Leandros to come over to help her. She however did not complain. Considering it had taken a lot of effort plus Noxious who was not helping much this time around to get the books over. So to put them back as they were not perfectly stacked made it so help was not exactly frowned upon. However she did not make much effort to get through to Snapyre. She did not need to be a genius to know the drak was not exactly the type to care to listen to others. She did not even give much into caring to listen to her own bond mate. Therefore what did she care to gain to listening to her? Thought she did have to say what she said. It was an impulse.
Noxious watched as Snapyre acted like a brat. Noxious could only yawn like a cat before giving a slight hiss of frustration at all the noise. At her brattiness it seemed she was causing the Sphinx creatures who also were trying to help trouble. Like a lion Noxious gave another huff of frustration she watched as Azqua went over to use their bond to gain control of Snapyre. Not that she knew her but she had to wonder how the heck Undine dealt with Snapyre... She then watched as Azi helped the creatures that had just been bullied. They were used to moving the books but that did not mean the books were easily to move. So having a human or Lantian or at least something bigger do it seemed to help them greatly.
Noxious took notice of this but then relaxed now that it seemed to calm down a little. Noxaura however kept silent after telling her piece. She just went about cleaning and keeping respect to the place. Noxaura could say from her own personal experience she had trouble trusting others. Her own personality making it difficult for others to get close enough to try and trust her or at least get past the whole name calling and book cover judgements. She figured Azqua had her own inner demons she had to deal with. Suddenly Leandros spoke up and said that he trusted the both of them. Noxaura paused for a moment at that. She then gave a silent sigh.
She could not really give back the comment yet it was not something she was against. She was not sure how she felt against that. It probably was not fair but... She could not force herself to trust. She then heard Azqua give a simple utter of 'Trust' but it was not that easy to her. She felt comfortable around these people but she did not feel trust with them yet. As of yet she did not trust anyone. She supposed Selene was someone the girl trusted seeing they were close enough but who knew... She did not know what was in their minds. Speaking of which she was curious to wear the older girl was. Usually they were always together so this actually was really strange.
Her thoughts were broken when she said 'trust is something that should be earned' To that she quietly said, "As it should be." She assumed that was the girl's way of saying she did not trust them and that was her way of saying she was not offended and with time perhaps it would come or perhaps it would not. Also in her own way stated she herself did not trust them. Not like she probably should but then again she was aloof like a cat and they have been accused of being cold and untrusting. She then wondered if that was the way she appeared to others or if she was more then the cat genetics she was given.

Shield of Atlantis Leandros Navaar / Dorm Commons
Leandros was picking up the last of the books and wondered as to whether he offended either of them. It did not seem like he offended them, at the least he just made himself look stupid, but he really did trust them. He did not have a reason to not trust them and he really had no choice but to trust. After all, they were going to war and his back will be to them if he does his job right. If he doesn't trust them to not stab it then he can't effectively defend them can he? Maybe taking random people and seeing if they bond wasn't such a good idea. Who knows what kind of skeletons are playing in their closets?
Especially with these two. He has some experience with Noxaura. Her distance from everyone made it easy to approach her and he didn't want to only talk to his Drak for the rest of his stay here. Truth be told, maybe he forced himself to trust these people because it was the only way to get through the nights. Spending a few years in constant war is hell on your sleep schedule. Maybe he trusted them because he felt he had a duty to. After all, he was paired with a Shield Drak. That job description is pretty self explanatory. It's up to him to stop the nasties from reaching his comrades even if he should die doing so. As long as it was worth it. He heard of the Arcis General. A Earth Aether user riding an Elder Shield Drak. He toyed with the thought that maybe he was a lot like this general. Then again, it was a foolish thought. He was just fantasizing about being the general really.
With Noxaura's two cents into the conversation, Leandros shrugged placing some more books on the table. "Well, I don't have a reason to not trust you. And let's face it, my survival depends on it." He said in a more serious tone. He knew what this was all about right? Do they know or remember about what is happening on Earth? They seem unaffected by the fact that they will be going to war one of these days. Who knows, maybe they didn't see the worst of what Earth had to offer. The scarier thought was maybe they did see the worst and that changed them in ways he can't begin to imagine. The only ones who seemed to realize this was Serene and to a lesser extent Aelous in his own kind of way. But the rest, this seems like routine for them. Like they were expecting this to happen to them. The clicking noises from Snapyre up on the bookshelf broke him from his thought train.
For a moment he had to thank Arabella that she wasn't as agile. At least if she gets into trouble he could run over and pull her out. She mostly lumbered on the ground and rolled in dirt. Not that he mind her mannerisms, but the dirt and rocks do a number on the poor Drak's scales. As if the thought of Arabella summoned her, she came into the library stomping as loudly as a hatch-ling could make purring and hooting noises. It seemed she sought out Leandros. He had been away from her for too long.
"Arabella, you could have just waited for me in the room." He said to her out loud walking over to the husky Drak. She hooted a protest and he laughed a bit checking her over and taking a peek down the hall she came in. As clumsy as she was, he had to make sure no collateral damage took place as a result of her coming. Speaking of, as soon as she appeared he spoke to her out loud. Up to this point, he was the only one he really noticed doing that. Leandros knew about the mind connection he shared with her and could communicate just as easily that way, but he felt addressing her as he would anyone else made her feel more like a partner. Like she was more than his bonded Drak. Smiling, he rubbed her scales much to her delight.

Date: 07.15.2077 Time: Dusk.
Azqua’s took a step away from her drak as she placed the book upon the shelf. Her fingers fell across another tome and traced the lettering there. The symbols and figures loosely represented the water element that she had been given. She shivered as she realized this was possibly a book about how to use the element. She shook her head and refused to open it though. She knew it’s pages would only frustrate her.
She lifted her head to glance at the two once more as the large Arabella strolled in. Azi made like a feral cat and skittered up the book shelf’s side to perch next to Snapyre. Her red violet eyes watched the room below and she wondered if she should just leave, why was she sticking around anyways? They wanted to talk about things like trust and companionship, both things Azi clearly lacked. Perhaps that was why she lingered and ease dropped the pair.
She examined the large golden bronze Arabella as she hooted and keened for her bond mate. Snapyre was also looking at the Shield she was nearly the same size as Snap was. But none the less Azi could tell from their bond that Snapyre was sizing her up like every drak she crossed paths with. Azi started picking at her companions’ scales. Her eyes studying the intricate pattern of small blades that were in truth scales, she kenw one day Snapyre’s body would be like a quill of swords.
The idea of it was a little scary but gave the small girl an idea. She wanted to see a book filled with pictures… she slid back down from the top of the shelf and made her way about the room away from the others until she came to a section on drakma’s and their origins. She pulled a large tome from the shelf marked with the Blade’s insignia a wild smile peeled her lips. Snapyre perked up in curiosity her red violet eyes tearing away from Arabella and she slide over the back end of the shelf to flank her bond mate before popping up behind her. Large red violet eyes glancing across the pages of the book as Azi flipped through it.
Page after page of Blade draks in every color size and shape, patterns for days, and their various bond mates to. She reached a section on ancient Drakma and their feral kin. Azi paused seeing a dark blue ish drak that could have been a twin to Snapyre. “Looks like you’re a feralai” she pernounced out slowly then gave a tiny giggle at the name. “Means your closer to the older blood lines… Hmmm” Azi put two and two together, if Drak’s came from Dragons, then apparently Snapyre was a bit more on the Dragon side. She then gave a shrug and continued to flip through the big book of Blades.

Noxaura Nyx Lorelei words; 629 - tags; xxx - notes; Enter Melody~ Noxaura was beginning to think coming here had been a rather bad idea. All this talk of trust had more or less put her on edge. Not to mention it made her have to talk, something she did not hate, but something she did not like to do either. Well at least at this point the books that had at once point laid scattered were coming together with the help of Leandros, the Spinx, and occasionally Azi who helped the little flying creatures that had trouble. Though it could be seen that Snapyre did not exactly care for helping in fix the chaos she created. Oh well... Leandros had mentioned he had no reason not to trust and that his survival depends on it. While a part of her figured she should answer him she was all chatted out but a passing thought did come to mind of to much trust was like curiousity. It could help or it could kill.
Suddenly more noise could be heard and she wondered if it was because of Snapyre but it was coming from the wrong direction. She looked to see that Azi was talking to the female Drak in their own little corner and instead it actually was the friendly but less then agile Arabelle. That made it so it looked like Leandros was happy for the distraction but said she could have waited for him in the room. In a way probably like Snapyre she felt whatever Leandros was feeling whatever that was and came to help. Granted no doubt the two had completely different ideas on the word help. she always had Noxious with her so she never needed that kind of rescue luckily. Her Drak was her life saver literally and therefore always with her.
Suddenly she heard more noise... Was Snapyre causing more noise again she went to silently glance at the Drak but nope she was still with Azqua so what was that noise. No doubt the other two did not hear it just yet as she had hearing of a cat... A mutated cat so maybe even better then a cat who knew. She never asked one. So she tried to pinpoint were it was coming from. This was when a flash of pink and blue came from the corner of the ceiling, landed on the bookcase, and galloped towards the group as they were pretty much near the exit. Did she just get here or had she been here the whole time? More importantly who exactly was she? She had not really paid much attention to the newer people seeing they avoided her so she only knew a few of the newer people by name that came closer to her.
Noxious did not seem to pleased by this and after a moment went over to Noxaura and tugged at her dress. After putting the last book away she looked at Noxious with a curious glance. "What?" Noxious gave a tiny hiss as the galloping came to a halt and jump to another book case just in time for the figure to disappear. Noxaura could not help but feel a little worried about meeting someone new after having such a stressful time already but... With a sigh she grabbed the book she had just put away and went all the way over to the doors. She did not leave but it was clear she was likely not to be joining in any conversations or having any type of talks with people. The look on her face was pale if not a little tired. She however then sat on the floor by the doors and read but this time slowly. If she had to she would leave but she decided to force herself to stay...
P.S. She is going to be skippable. Basically Melody will be taking her spot in the line up but if I find I am the only one online or if someone does want to talk to her she is here to make a quick post to talk to seeing as much as I tried I found it odd for her to just up the leave.

LET THEM EAT CAKE!! She had just gotten here around the same time as the blonde hair boy... Leandros? She was normally good with names but unless someone in a higher command called out their name and they reacted she did not really have had a chance to catch anyone names. So she just had more or less just went by descriptions. Oh well. Currently though she had found herself on one of the rafters in the library. She had been here instead of her dorm seeing she had never actually gotten to figure out which one was her dorm and did not feel compelled to find out anyways. So she and her insane of a Blade decided to sleep on the 'roof' of the library instead. Of course despite the typical policy of being silent in the library that did not exactly hold up as she heard people enter. It was still rather silent so she kept on sleeping.
Talk reached her ears in her sleep about books, trust, and a few other things she did not exactly make out due to falling into a deeper sleep. Of course silence in the library could be broken to a certain level. Meaning whispering and or light talking respectfully was one thing. Having a bratty Drak slam and cause chaos was another and therefore slowly woke her up and made her slightly more feral Drak grump awake. She peeked over the edge and noticed said blonde haired boy, a Gothic looking girl, and a petite girl who seemed to be the companion with the bratty Drak that seemed to be the reason books were everywhere. Well that was interesting. With a stretch she looked over at her own Drak and noticed he was looking at them all like he wanted to eat them. With a roll of her eyes she stretched.
By the time she was done it seemed like the mess was mostly finished. She had planned on scaring them for waking her up but she noticed the Gothic looking girl seemed to pick up on them. Well whatever. With that she jumped on Rhythm's back and jumped down onto the bookcase before letting her Drak do whatever he damn well pleased in his craziness. She had no idea but from what she saw form other's some seem to be a lot calmer than her Drak. He seemed to be a tad bit more on the wild and feral side but she figured it was due to being a Blade? She did not give it much thought. She just enjoyed the feeling of wind in her hair as he went insane running along the bookcase and then jumped onto another one. When Rhythm finally relaxed enough to stop on a bookcase before jumping to the ground with a large thump she gave a look of cheerfulness as if she just walked in normally.
Carefully getting off Rhythm's back she hopped over to a row of books and started to look through them. She did not exactly know what to read but she figured she was bored and she was here in the library. She was not exactly ready to go all ten-hut on people just yet either. She had more or less overheard what these people had said and all the trust talk was rather weird but hey people from earth tended to have their fair share of skeletons right? So weirdness was part of the package some just hid it better. Finally finding a book she went over to Rhythm. It was a book about old Lantian songs. Tapping him on the head with the book lightly she was able to get the book away just fast enough to avoid it getting chewed. He however used lightning flame after her in his grump. Following her he let his tail bump into chairs, tables, and anything else that he could reach. Being as bratty as he wanted now that he had to be awake.

Shield of Atlantis Leandros Navaar / Dorm Commons
Arabella was delighted Leandros greeted her happily as he always did. But, her personality was more self conscious that her other Drak counterparts. She was usually worried about leaving without Leandros around to watch out for her, but this time she couldn't help but seek him out. She went to sleep and he was there watching over her as he usually did, then he was gone! What was the young Drak to do? She gathered her courage and carefully sought him out. She only broke two...maybe three things tops. Hopefully Leandros wouldn't find out. But at that moment, for Arabella, everything was right where it needed to be. Her master petting her gently as he did and...he was gone.
Leandros left Arabella to her devices in order to keep searching for the right book. The answer had to be around here somewhere. This would be the third book he thumbed through and maybe he could actually get somewhere this time. Taking the hefty tome back to where he sat originally he started reading. As he read, he felt Arabella's presence nearby his leg under the table. He knew she wanted more attention but his problem pulled him in a different direction. As he read, he noticed something odd about the room.
It had gone strangely silent. Noxaura simply stopped talking and Azqua went on her own way for another book. It was strange how the conversation was dropped so suddenly. Maybe he shouldn't have spoke up like he did. He had no idea what these girls went through after all. Trust could be a touchy subject for them much like most topics for people that come from Earth. But, what was he to do? He couldn't really apologize, he would just seem weird or pandering. And bringing the issue up again would just be opening the wound back up. He shook his head and went back to his book. His eyebrows perked up when he read through the book in depth. Maybe there was something here.
The book said it was natural for Earth types to either be really caring or overly stubborn. This applied to Leandros twofold. However, when the person in question cares more about others to the point of abandoning his own safety and being so stubborn so as not to give in to the Aether within him, he can have trouble manifesting the Earth to do as he bid. People of this type seem to have a weaker Aether pool than most but can still manage all but the most powerful Aether displays. Has he given up on his own life? Was the type to eagerly jump in the fire because he wouldn't want to die for nothing? These thoughts put him in a pensive mood when a Drak came crashing into the library.
A girl with strawberry pink hair got off her Drak and proceeded to file through some books. Leandros tilted his head at her presence. When did she get here? Was she always here? More importantly, he didn't recognize her. Maybe a newcomer. She didn't seem like a newcomer, at least if he was comparing the new Cadets to himself when he was new. She seemed to not really care about the others and he went back to his reading. He was quite curious however.

Date: 07.15.2077 Time: Dusk.
Azi glanced up from the brightly illustrated images on the pages before her. Nexaura was moving away from the group followed by Noxious; while Leandroes and Arabella were also moving to their own thing. Azi felt a little dishearted as they all went about their own business she missed the conversation? Was this why she was so sad now. A sigh rushed from her as she seemed to deflate. Dropping her cheek into the palm of her hand and propped her elbow on the book before her.
Snap’s head swiveled to peek around the front of her face and examine the emotion she displayed there. She was confused why her human was acting in such a way. She chirruped and nibbled a spare strand of Azi’s long silken black hair. Azi batted her away with her free hand but still Snapy was persistent until suddenly Noxaura’s attentions snapped to the rafters. Snapyre’s head also cocked upwards suddenly sharpening her gaze to watch as Melody and Rhythm dropped into their surroundings.
The serrated edges of her scales lifted like the quills of a hedgehog her nostrils flaring she took deep breaths of the blade male as he skirted the top of the bookcases. She stood and pulling her body onto the table in front of Azi, her head bobbed on her neck as she displayed her still soft horns tilting her nose horn forward in defensive stance. Snaps tail lashed about as the male came down into the library on the ground level. Growling deeply she make a couching hack sound that was a blade’s first challenging noise.
Azi’s red violet eyes finally came up from the book before her as Melody’s bright sakura hair came into view. Her head tilted as she looked the other young lady over. She hadn’t noticed her until now. Maybe she’d been to distracted. Foolish Azi allowing emotions to trouble her. She shook her head and glanced back at Snapyre as she crowed causing Sphinxs to zip away into their hiding spots among the books. Azi chanced a quick grab at Snap’s tail and caught hold of the tip just before the blades. The curve of the inner blade sliced into her wrist but neither Drak or girl reacted to the pain. Snapyre was to busy sizing up this dark male blade as he scampered after his bond mate knocking chairs and tables over in his wake.
Snapyre dropped her head low as the pair came close to Azi’s table but Azi remained a firm grip on the she blade’s tail while her demonic eyes studied the new girl from top to bottom. She was curious about her, she seemed so very different from Nexaura, and Selene, she was possibly a little bit like Ceres. But no there was something dancing in those bright happy blue eyes, something dark and nefarious.
Azqua felt the sudden need to leave this environment. She felt scared, but was completely baffled at the reason behind the emotion. She’d had this feeling before once or twice when she’d lived on her own. In the woods she’d been hunted and she had to turn the game around to kill those who dared to hunt her. But animals would flee during this sensation, like they knew something was about to happen. A flight mechanism hard lined into every living creature, that would create the illusion of precognition. However, Azi was so very much an animal herself she could sense something about this new girl, and whatever it was she wanted to be away from it. But Snapyre clearly felt none of her companions feelings because to her , this new comer was unannounced and larger than she was even though he’d hatched after her, male Blades grew faster than she blades. Snapyre didn’t care she was on the defense her companion at her back gripping her tail meant little to nothing, if she wanted free she would get free. Azi only watched as her lips curled around those sharp teeth while her blue tongue tasted the air around these new comers.
This should be interesting Azi thought as she took in full, the surroundings two neutral elements possible threats or companions, new comer unknown, dark, feral young male drak. Larger azi snapped out of her scheming as Snap’s tail dug deeper into her arm.
Crimson eyes flicked at Azi and she actually growled at her drak like Selene normally would, a mimic if you will, but still fairly close to Selene’s own snarl. This made snap glance back at her companion and saw the deadly serious look that it held. Azi wasn’t playing around, intant her hands had started to freeze both the book before her and her companion’s tail. Snap made a whine in protest and tried to pull her tail away. Azi stopped and glanced up as Melody and her own blade came closer. Wondering just how this new comer would react to a clearly hostile human and blade drak pair.
