The races listed below are the Species you can find and play as on Aerdis, and whether or not their 'Application' is Open. But be sure to check the BOTTOM of each Species Card to see if they are open, if a number is present beside 'Application >' then that is how many of that race we have open to apply for. HUMANS Brief --Of course we all know what this is. They can be smart, they can be insane. They have the threshold for extreme compassion and horrible hatred. They also build with vast technologies they have found across the realms. Only one third of the human population is left. And of that one third nearly 60% were between the ages of 17 and 22. And from that 60% almost half were taken. Nearly 600 humans were rescued from Earth. Two hundred of them were families and friends of the new recruits who couldn't be left behind and gained bartered passage. They now live in Atlantis in relative peace. The other 400 were all young adults forcefully recruited into the Lantian army to undergo bonding and training with their very own Drak aboard one of the Aeth ships ✣ ✣ Average Statistics ✣ ✣ Height:

Brief --- Tall, limber, and lithe, with long elegant necks, limbs and pointed ears. We once called them Elves! But we didn't realize they were really the Lantians. An ancient race that had once lived along side the humans in the earliest years of Earth. Back when the legends all began! But Atlantis was never truly a part of Earth. Atlantis is actually a ship that travels not over the waters or through space, but a ship that passes between dimensions. ---Very much like a Humans in shape, having iris pupils and whites of the eye. However their pupils are sharpened cat live ovals instead of circles. And then the color is almost always a brighter color, there are no Brown eyed Lantians unless they are a half breed of some sort. --Vision Strength Best during daylight hours. --Downfall: Cannot see in pitch darkness though their eye sight at night is a little better than a humans due to Aerdis being a darker planet is the recent conjecture. Level of Intelligence: Lower Teer of Genius scale is their average. After they have lived for a while or bond with a drak they tend to be on the higher teer of genius. Diet: Omnivore- preferring white meat like fish, fowl(birds), veggies of any and all kind, and fruits any and all kinds. Saving the heavier red meats for celebrations and feasts. Reproduction:
---Lantians live for up to 900 years old and normally remain with their own kind when finding mates. Though humans and Lantian pairs have been recorded in history we won't have any half halfs in this story. When it comes to reproduction though the Lantians are cheated some what. They carry only 1 child at a time and are only reproductive 1 month of every five years, though each month varies from female to female depending on when they were born and under what star sign. Sadly each and every Lantian woman would also know when this month is upon them, they pretty much go into heat and must learn from a young age to control it. Once becoming pregnant a Lantian female will stay pregnant for up to 6 months as they have a speedy healing/growing chemistry within their genetics naturally fueled by Aether. Oddities:
---This race sees themselves as explorers and only until they met the Arc Trees and the Neda that they really became warlike in nature. General Appearance : We thought they were once Elves, in fact most of our modern day legends, and mythology were all inspired by Atlantis' early visit. Brief --- A Strange race from Titan, the largest moon to Saturn. The Mystery of their 'planet' moon is just as mysterious as they are. These creatures appear human ...almost but with ears a fluffy tail and hands and paws more animal than not. This is due to their bone structure being more like carbon fiber, springy but stronger than steel. ---There eyes range in various shades though normally in the more vibrant hues; with vertical slit cat like pupils that can expand and contract depending on lighting. Within the color of their Iris is a separate ring of color that can be solid or fractured encircling their pupil that glows along with the color of their pupil which is never black but normally a shade deeper than their irises. Also a side note their eyes have a luminous effect almost liek they glow, but their pupils actually glow in the dark what ever shade they may be. --Vision Strength Best at Night, even in pitch darkness they can see. --Downfall: They are sensitive to light though many wear protective gear for their eyes. Female+Female, have intercourse in only the way Kabit's do, and then a tiny egg starts to form in the selected Dyr's pouch. ---What is a Dyr? ---They have the strangest abilities like the cheshire cat really, they can vanished partially or completely, they can float on air, and even more strange they can transform into a beastial form of themselves. (10 times denser than Earth’s) Because of this kabit's bone structure skin ear pressure and eyes sight is adaptive to deep space travel, and inter dimensional travel. The planet itself seems deserted but underneath it's surface are droves of Kabits. The Planet's primary form of energy are crystals known as Aeth Shards which also links the Kabits to the elemental plane and the aether spirit dimension of summon beasts. Only 1 queen makes all the decisions, her children become the next rulers, and their are workers, soldiers and mages then farmers. History of Race: Kabits lived in secret for centuries much of their history and powers are still unknown! ✣ ✣ General Appearance: ✣ ✣ Okay well most Kabit's are slim in build and much younger than they truly are, an elderly Kabit may just start showing gray in their fur and hair, while an adult may appear no older than sixteen. They are a shorter race with long thin legs that end with large rabbit like feet and retractable claws. Soft fur sprouts from their knees to their to tips and they normally go barefoot seeing as their feet have pads and shoes restrict their movement. Their skin can be tan can be pale depending on what side of Titan they are from. Eastern Kabit's are normally pale and depraved from light their hair and skin and eyes color more light. While a Western Kabit may have darker hair brighter eyes and more tanned to black skin. Their ears are a little more high up and further back on their skull than a humans giving their head a more feline shape, and appear to be large arrow shaped cat ears like a lynx or a bobcat. They have either short half tails or fluffy blossom styled bobbed tails and their nose is a little more blunt across the bridge than a persons. Of course their hair and eyes colors range and their eyes are more like a cats in shape and construction. --Personality: Normally Kabit's are mysterious and quiet lurking in the shadows watching things progress or they are mischievous and temperamental and down right spiteful! They are more like cat's then rabbits. Level: FANTASIA-These creatures are practically made of magick, mana or as they call it Aether. This being partially due to their planet, and partially do their origin. But their veins run thick with the stuff. For a long time they were hunted and their feet used for luck! Kabit's a a summoner class breed meaning, they can summon normally one or two elements easily, and some times they even have the ability to control all four elements, or Aether. Their strongest ability however is in summoning, every Kabit can do a Mating Dance Summon (have an egg) but some of them (very limited here) are summoners in their right and can pull aether beings from other realms to either battle for them or even rarer to meld with their summoner and battle as one. Some kabits have taken to selling summon aether's as young-lings in the market for people to learn to battle with. Pretty much think a familiar you can call into battle whenever you like. Natural Skills and Abilities:---Kabits can jump nearly 6 feet high in the air, they are much stronger than they appear and can take a major beating. The downfall to this is they need nearly fifteen hours of sleep normally. Any Kabit not sleeping this much will be drowsy and temperamental. Their bone structure like I said earlier is more like carbon fiber but stronger than steel. This leaves Kabit's very limber or flexible. Level of Intelligence: Tricksters --- They are quite intelligent not the the genius level but not far bellow either. But instead of using their intelligence for the bettering of all they use it to make puzzels, and play tricks. And not to mention their shield their knowledge and magick from all but their most trusted allies. Diet: Omnivore- preferring white meat like fish, fowl(birds), aquatic meat(crab! Brief --- When it comes to the most back ass-wards thing in existence you have a Merah before you. At first take you can't tell if they are an animal or a sentient being coming at you. Not that they give you much time to figure things out, always one step ahead, and a whirl of energy the Merah is a strange thing. The strangest thing about them however is that they are smart, I mean make Einstein look stoopid! But most never realize this about the feral people because they live in close nit families in Colonies under the ground. ✣ ✣ Average Statistics ✣ ✣ Height: ~Female: 5'5 -6'0" all roughly same height O.o; ~Male: 5'6'-6'4" Weight:-Adult Female: 150 healthy shape ~Adult Male: 200 healthy shape Eye and Hair Color:
---Their eyes are all in shades of amber, golden to green with oranges and yellows and bronzes between. Almost like their iris is made of metal. They also have No Sclera (whites) in their eye, so in much the same way a cat's eye is with only the iris. Their pupils are also reptilian. --Vision Strength: All environments can even seen in the water since they have second eyelids. Though they are not very good at seeing distances. --Downfall: No visual Downfall Reproduction:
---Merahs come in litters, not so much that they have several children at once, but more or less end up having children back to back. They are like rabbits in this way. They only stay pregnant for 4 months and after that a young-ling Merah can take care of itself for the most part in only and additional 6 months. Life as a Merah is fast paced even though they life long lives. only once they get close to 300 will a Merah truly age and begin to slow down. Oddities:
---Merah's have long prehensile tails with a spaded end very much like one would see on a tiny devil cartoon. Government System/Laws:-Clokhast (Clock- Has -t) Was once a very strange planet, it's surface a scorched remnant of it's time spent in further orbit from it's star. But as the planet grew closer to it's star all residence either left, or burrowed within the planet. The Merahs were the most advanced race on their planet and led the way into the thick crust of their planet. Period of orbit Around Starn: (sun of Clockhast) 210 earth days Temperature: 250 degrees F. ON Surface Laws that Govern: Tribal system barter and share no real money normally. The Merahs believe themselves to smart to require simple money and rather broker all their deals in trade form, and not everything traded is material. ✣ ✣ General Appearance: ✣ ✣ With their prehensile, they also have Long pointed ears that droop on the ends and sweep back along their skulls. Their noses are a little broad in much the same way a Kabit's nose is. And Still stranger the Merah's have ostrich like feet with only three toes and a functioning (grasping) thumb on the side of the ankle. Their hands also only have three fingers and a thumb though they are able to grab and climb with the most nimble of monkeys. Their hair is normally a bush or ruff style that spikes up in every direction or sweeps back along their skull hair continues to grow in a point down their spine to just between their shoulders is normally earth tones and colors (greens to browns and blondes never platinum). --Personality: Funny little whirl winds of energy the Merah runs through life trying to gobble up every little piece of information it can. The Local Meriahs on Atlantis are ancestors of hitchhikers from Clokhast that decided the Lantian's travel of the universe was to good an opportunity to pass up. Since then they're ancestors have stuck around Atlantis through the ages. Merahs though being able to Bond with Draks RARELY bond. This being because of an deeply rooted fear of flying. Atlantis floating is one thing, flying around on the back of a reptile is another. Though it does happen from time to time when Merah's do bond they end up being a great addition to the AWF because of how smart they are, they can fix practically anything they pick up, though they may also rip it apart first. Level: Dampered-Merahs are lacking in the aether area, though once they bond they do gain elemental abilities a Merah with no Bonded Drak will have NO magical abilities. Natural Skills and Abilities:---Able to smell and hear for miles around the Merah's six senses are on par with some of the strongest known Earth animals. Not only that but they are swift as a deer and can run long distances, climb practically anything, save a completely flat surface, and though goofy in form, can swim like a fish as well. Though to keep up their apeedy bodies they eat nearly fifteen times in one day. And when they eat dont get in the way. Two sets of sharpened canines are both on top and bottom jaws giving their bite much more slice to it. Level of Intelligence: Genius --- Extremely Smart! A Marah can some times be an arogant prick and not even realize it because, and yes this is mean, but because they are to smart to deal with trival emotions and the such. Unless you are a puzzle to solve a merah normally won't give you a second of it's busy time. They are also trying to fix, build, or Do something that challenges them mentally. Diet: Omnivore- Meat they like meat hate veggies and can handle some fruits. Brief --- Once a Race of Shear Majesty, reduced by the Neda to shadows of their former glory having their home world destroyed by the Neda. Their kind is finally taking up arms as the Earth Falls to help Aid in the War. ✣ ✣ Average Statistics ✣ ✣ Height: ~Female: 5'6 -6'2" ~Male: 5'7'-6'7" Weight:-Adult Female: 140 healthy shape ~Adult Male: 180 healthy shape Eye and Hair Color:
---Eyes are normally Brighter shades of blues and greens, and sometimes a pale violet. An Alaceres' hair color is almost always silver to gold, pale blue, white, or honey gold blonde and grows to extreme lengths. --Vision Strength: Best sight during daylight hours. --Downfall: Horrible visions at night. ---Alaceres have it worst that Lantians, being only able to reproduce twins every 20 years. They carry for nearly 12 months and a Alacere isn't considered an adult until they are almost 300 years of age stay with their family 'Copeh' until that time. Oddities:
---Every Alacere has a small crystal on their forhead just between their thin eyebrows. This crystal allows Alaceres to speak through telepathic and harnesses the natural healing properties of the Earth Aether around them. The Only things Alaceres haven't been able to cure is the Neda Virus. Government System/Laws:-Gaia UNKNOWN Governing systems: Alaceres used a system alot like the Matriach system where men normally had little to no rights other than offspring while females govern and rule. The Copes can be seen as Herds in a way, a single stallion guarding his harem even though that is his only real power. ✣ ✣ General Appearance: ✣ ✣ If you were to take a Unicorn and trap it in a human body then you would have the Alaceres. They are thin an willowy in stature, with barely a curve to their forms. Females have barely any chest to them if any at all. Their faces are normally a little longer than a normal humans and their eyes are large almond in shape. The single crystal on their forehead and the long sweeping hair paired with their slender height is the only way to tell them different from Humans. --Personality: Shy and Kind, Caring and helpful, the Alacere is normally a peacekeeping race. They believe in nature above all things and excel in healing and growing of plants. They did not believe in violence until the Neda appeared. Now the few that do join the AWF are trying to change their very nature so that they can help to save the future. Level: Healers-When it comes to healing none are better than the Alaceres. Though naturally they have no elemental connection to air water or fire. They can harness the very earth around them. But strangely when a Alacere bonds with a Drak they loose that connection to their Original Element. Though when an Alaceres bonds with an Earth Element Drak their power is phenomenal. Natural Skills and Abilities:---All Alaceres have a natural green thumb able to make just about anything grow anywhere, They also have a knack with Healing and live exceptionally long lives. Level of Intelligence: Above Average ---Though not all are of higher understsnding, they excel in all healing forms be surgical or herbal and magical. Diet: Herbivore, they only eat non living beings. Eg plants grasses, fruits nuts berries leafy stuff. ✣ ✣ Current Population Count✣ ✣ Applications > 3

Basically... Every known race in the universe has a very Rational fear of the dark, we just didn't realize why until they returned. This Plague Personified came in droves to infect anything it crosses, consuming and destroying is all any Neda knows. Brainless creatures they seem to act on the most primal of needs, the act of feeding and procreation (spreading) of itself. Nightmarish in form the first source of the Neda spread from Cephalopodes creatures (squid-like) infecting and changing other species into their own nightmarish forms and on and on they have spread until they finally reached Earth.
-- In animals and plants the mutation is exact, but in the Senient (humanoid) races each mutation is different. One may become infect from exposure (direct touch) to a cephalopode, being bitten by something that has mutated or by eating something that is infected. (soil can be infected and so can the vegetables and fruits that grow from them). The virus depending on severity of infections can take three days to completely take over a host, after this they are no longer the race they were but are considered full fledged Neda Warriors. Symptoms for the Neda disease at on-set are sever migraines, bleeding from the ears, eyes and nose, skin rashes, hallucinations, black veining on the skin and violent outbursts. There is currently NO CURE for Veradas-Neda; and though this mutation/infection acts like a vrius don't be fooled it IS a Race. Even though the race seems to move, and spread like a disease there are instances where the infected have acted with purpose and direction.
